I had to pay extra for shipping and…
I had to pay extra for shipping and then when it turned up I had to pay an additional €20 for international shipping even though I paid for it initially. In essence I ended up paying almost the same amount for shipping (£35) that I did for the goods (£38).

Due to the UK no longer being in the EU customs union, import duties are now a necessary part of shipping to European countries from the UK. Very helpful and polite person I spoke to over the phone regarding our needs for a new drone for my company. Would 100% recommend if looking at purchasing a new drone whether as a private individual or a company. Not to mention that they were the only company to have the drone in stock that we needed.
