I stumbled on Leicesterdrones purely by accident and found they had a quad, the ImmersionRC Vortex 250, that I’d been after for quite sometime but I wasn’t prepared to pay the silly prices for a used one off the popular auction site.

I considered the price LD wanted to be very attractive and ordered straight away. I received confirmation that day (a Sunday) that it had been made ready for dispatch and it arrived on the morning of the following Tuesday by courier. Oh and the courier shipping was free.

I much prefer to support independent UK businesses, more so during the current economical unrest, than to purchase similar items from the large overseas box shifters and drop shippers.

Spot on; got what I ordered, within 24 hours.

Seamless ordering, only delay was courier which is outside of their control. Not many dealers stocking Yuneec products in UK now, so a relief that someone still has some stock availability. Would buy from again.

This was my experience: I went online and found that this store sold what I wanted, so I ordered it, I also ordered a free 32gb SD card. Approximately 15 minutes later I was emailed to say my items had been dispatched and it arrived within 24hrs, at no extra cost.... To further improve on this there was a packet of Oreo Biscuits in the package; The service was absolutely perfect!! Kudos to the owner for achieving such a zen level of perfection. On top of this, my business name was on my order and the owner was following my business Instagram page around the same time my package was emailed as dispatched... I'm not sure this can be improved on in any way. Thank you.

Cannot fault Leicesterdrones, they get my vote.
The courier service on the other hand provided a shocking service but this is no reflection on Leicesterdrones, they kept their side of the deal. Should have been a next day delivery, but the courier didnt even bother knocking my door, I saw him drive past from my office without stopping and within minutes, I get an email notification saying that I was not in and they have not been able to deliver !
