These are clearly genuine Jordans. Delivery was easy and as fast as I had paid for. Everything was box beautifully as expected. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the price. These are much cheaper... Ver más

Have purchased Jordans from this website and the service was great! They arrived the next working day. Was super impressed, especially due to the scarcity of the trainers they provide! Coming back for more soon. Thanks guys!

Poor service

Ordered Friday for my sons 16th Birthday Monday, paid for next day delivery,
We are now Tuesday 15.30pm no one has replied to my query, tracking is showing a different company name and that the parcel is not yet even with yet,
So disappointed and concerned that may have just taken the money and are not a reputable company,

Hi Hayley I am really sorry to hear this, the next day delivery is standard next working day and as they were ordered on a Friday this would not have been until Monday. However, please accept our sincerest apology that the product did not arrive on time.

Late delivery

When placing an order I was advised the item would be with me within 7 working days.

They did not dispatch until around day 14.

I was unable to get a response to the numerous email I sent questioning the timescale for delivery.

I need to return my order to exchange…

I need to return my order to exchange for a bigger size, I have contacted leicestergrails via email, DMs, WhatsApp for the last 2 days but no one has come back to me. I can’t wear a shoe that is my size(7) but doesn’t fit. Can someone from customer care help please!

-Shipped it to the wrong address

-Bad customer service

-Couldn’t get hold of anyone had to message someone that knew them personally just to get a response

-Stranger had to sign for my delivery. I had to go to their address although was told someone would pick it up and drop it to the right address

-Came just under 2 weeks

I ordered about a month ago and still…

I ordered about a month ago and still have not recieved my shipment.They dont respond to emails or messages at all.
It has been an overall experience for me and would not recommend.

Haven’t received my order

Haven’t received my order which was ordered on the 22nd of August, haven’t had a shipping update and also tried to get hold of the company on all three contact methods multiple times and still nothing. Hoping something will happen soon as love supporting small businesses

Paid £25 for next day delivery which…

Paid £25 for next day delivery which came on time.excellent service but the only down fall is you cannot track your delivery you can’t get hold of anybody it’s only a what’s app number which nobody answered.other than that very pleased with my order and will order again.

Poor Customer Service

Absolutely awful customer service - ordered shoes which were too small and needed returning. Had to make several attempts through email and WhatsApp - no reply (for at least a week). Given the option to exchange or get store credit when they did reply, neither of which I wanted and then told to return I will have 10% of total cost deducted (not including having to pay to return). Poor, poor service all around and will not be buying from Leicester Grails again.

I am sorry that the shoes you ordered did not have the desired fit. However, if you read our returns policy on the website it states that purchases can only be exchanged for store credit or exchanges. Refunds are available but again stated that you are subject to a 10% fee on our website. We also resolved this matter by issuing a full refund out of goodwill.
