Had a great 2 day break to Hampton Court flower festival and the Savill gardens. Nice Ibis hotel. Clean and comfy. Really good friendly driver. Would have liked longer at the festival as there is so much to see! But a good break.

We had a wonderful first time experience travelling with Leisuretime
We were picked up on time & the whole journey went smoothly..
Our drivers Ray & Jock were brilliant fun & full of interesting information about places to visit during our trip away..
We would definitely use Leisuretime again & would recommend to everyone

I enjoyed the trip .
The hotel I would recommend but passengers have to realise it is a 2* but understand this a great hotel , good location and excellent 5* food graded .
I wish to return in the near future .
The entertainment , I thought really good . the bingo and quiz were cancelled due to the lack of participation but not to do with the hotel . The hotel system is different being on an island and need to respect that .

Our trip to see Andre Reiu was fabulous from start to finish!
The drivers Ray and Jock were just brilliant,great fun but very professional. I’ve never had so much fun on a coach trip before.
All went smoothly and Ray and Jock really did go above and beyond what you would expect from the drivers.
The itinerary was perfect and timings great.
The hotel was very good,with helpful staff.
I haven’t used Toureasy before but would definitely use them again after this experience. Many thanks for a great trip!

The drivers were so entertaining.. Plenty of comfort stops.. Clean hotel.. Comfy coach.. Excursion was excellent & brilliant show Andre Rieu at Maastricht.. Good price too

The driver was very helpful. I had used the Ibis hotel before, no problems there. Alltogether an enjoyable weekend.

I have undertaken several trips with the Company and have found the experience to be very professional and caring.
I was not unduly impressed however with the Hotel choice;.I had not been to Torquay since I lived in London and the Hotel was very dated;the staff were very friendly and helpful but I found the general facilities not of a high standard.(the rooms were not cleaned throughout the stay and we were only given two small bars of soap and a few towels to last our stay.I did not find this acceptable.I mostly stay in 4 star accommodation and I appreciate this was 3 star but I felt it fell far below the required standard for such.)The breakfast was excellent but the time spot allocated for dinner was only one hour and a half.I have travelled all over the world and have never experienced such a short window of time for dinner.The food choice for dinner was limited and the quality was not of the same standard as the breakfast.The above points are made in the spirit of observation and not as a complaint.

Great time at the Hampton Court Palace flower show. With a night stay in reading all very good apart from only 4hours at the show 😕 Driver Chris was outstanding couldn't do enough for us all .

I recently went on a day trip to Cotswold Lavender fields and Moreton in Marsh on 8/07/2025.
Our scottish driver was excellent and very professional at all times.
The journey to the Cotswolds was two hours and on arriving as soon as the coach doors were opened the smell of lavender was amazing. There are picnic areas some in the shade and others not, but all well situated in the lavender field, which is HUGE.There is a small shop in the field that sells all products/food etc.
We then arrived at Moreton in Marsh at 14.30hr and some of the market traders were already closing up their stalls.
We had two hours there which, for me was far too long. Nothing really to see except shops/cafe/pubs etc.
It would have been nice to go to Snowshill Manor House, just down the road from the lavender field, and then walk around Broadway shops and common that looked far more inviting than Moreton in Marsh.
We passed Batsford Arboretum and a garden centre which would have been a nice choice to visit.
We were very lucky with the weather as well.
Another lovely day trip discovering the lovely Cotswolds.

Location and hotel disappointing however the holiday overall was great . Karl our driver very good. So why am I having a moan ? Sandown nothing there derelict hotels on sea front no shops and no decent restaurants however food was included at the hotel. The hotel when I went on there website said and I quote major refurbishment in 2025 not sure where in the hotel this had taken place the hotel was also very dark and gloomy. No staff available over night. Some rooms cleaned on Sunday not all bearing in mind only 27 guests staying? I was left with the feeling you get what you pay for. I would go back to the Isle of Wight again BUT not Sandown or the Burlington hotel

Everything from the booking staff Jock and Roy the drivers were fantastic fun and so well run.Hotel in Nimar lovely including the breakfast and the trip to MAASTRICH fantastic and the show was better than we expected so well organised from the booking into the Hotel ... the times of the trips was superb so much fun thank you for a wonderful time and definately anyone wanting to see Andre Rieux use this company .Simply the best....

The bus was comfortable and our driver Carl was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was a bit tired and my room had not been made up. The staff were very apologetic and I was given another room that was very small ,it's usually given to single people not couples. I was given some drinks vouchers as an apology.

Had a great time at isle of white,and enjoyed the trips

This hotel is advertised as a 2 star but it should be more.
The staff are lovely and nothing was too much trouble, entertainment a few nights with Brian from reception doing a quiz on a Monday night was really good.
We were dinner, bed breakfast, the food was lovely and hot with good portions and choices on both sittings, our waitress Ana was brilliant.
The rooms were very large with plenty of storage, clean light and airy, we will definitely go back.
The service supplied by leisuretime was really good value for money and the drivers are excellent.

Pleasant driver even managed to stay cool when there were complaints about air-con. Thankfully he listened to the majority

Leisure time is a fantastic coach company. Had a great day trip to the Cotswold Wildlife Park. Our driver was very informative, chatty and funny, and the coach was very comfortable.

Hotel really clean and staff lovely. A couple of recommendations
1. The bar wasn’t open until 5.00 every day so couldn’t get a drink anywhere or a snack.
2. The bath/shower should have handrails
