My wife and i had a great time all round. We stayed at Inversnaid, on Loch Lomond. The staff and food where fantastic. Last but not least, our driver Stuart (Loch Eck). was a credit to your company. We and all the passengers thought he was Brilliant.

Whole holiday went without any problems. The hotel was great at arranging suitable menu choices for my allergy. Very comfortable on the coach and in the hotel. Perfect trips out, although the Fort William High St was rather spartan.

Lovely time again with lochs & glens cannot wait for the next one

Poor Service/Poor food not up to their usual very high standards Room given totally inadequate first floor very small no bath
Bar service very slow

We always enjoy our breaks with Lochsandglens.

The coach was on-time, the driver was brilliant, the staff at the hotel were excellent, and couldn't fault the food it was excellent

Excellent driver, good excursions, lovely food, very pleasant staff. Add to that stunning views and you have it all. We will be back and have been with Lochs and Glens many times. Well done.

Everything was in place for a good and easy holiday.

Staff at hotel were excellent. Food was good and drinks reasonably priced.
Coach driver was pleasant and coach was comfy. Some journeys were long so comfy coach was great.
Too long spent in fort William and aviemore because not a lot to see or do. Just same shops everywhere

I pre-warned you of my gluten and lactose intolerance and was "never" offered any suitable alternative, not even a piece of fruit. 1. the fish piece came out of a Birds Eye box 2. my Sunday dinner plate came to me with just 2 pieces of shop bought beef (potatoes, carrots and cauli cheese all contained dairy)3. every day I had to request gluten free bread which was given to me still in a frozen state 4. the "cow parlour" system, herd in herd out, gave no time to communicate with the ever changing server (note did not mention waiter) 6. came home with very considerable discomfort in my stomach, my first thing was to attend my surgery for an examination and given remedial medication 7. if you had a "no star" facility that's where my grade would have been

Trouble free and stress free holiday from start to finish excellent hotel with stunning views and nothing was too much trouble

Loch Awein lovely location. Great driver. Food ok.. understand difficulty if catering for 90.
Veg usually bland and overcooked. Fish in batter was supermarket style
Staff turnover clearly v high but they were friendly.
Luss Helensburgh day a waste of time regardless of the weather.. Luss might have stood the hour …

Excellent driver brilliant staff in hotel really enjoyed the variety of food trips were brilliant and well organized.Only fault staff on the phone my Wife mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary there response "what do you want?"never had such a poor response from any holiday company when celebrating a special day with a holiday company wasn't happy with their attitude..

From being picked up to being dropped off at the end we had a fabulous time. Location was second to none staff were so helpful nothing to much trouble can't wait for our next holiday 😀 and browsing next year's itinerary.

Our driver was great considering it was his first tour and the hotel is very nice and we had good weather and people on the coach also good

PICK UP BUS ON TIME, HOTEL CLEAN, MODERN ROOM WAS SPACIOUS WITH MODERN TOILET SHOWER, FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND ALL THE STAFF POLITE AND CURTEOUS. PLENTY OF SPACE AND COMFORTABLE CHAIRS IN THE LOUNGE AND BAR, BEAUTIFUL VIEW OVER LOCH LMOND, MUSN'T FORGET OUR DRIVER TOMMY WHO WAS AMAZING

Hotel was lovely food good ,nice and clean staff very helpful. Driver excellent. View from bedroom straight over the loch fabulous.
