Manufacture awning recall
Karen was great in setting up a recall of awning from the manufacturer last week. I also had a call from her the day before to confirm. Top class service. My only negative comment was the van window and body was left with what must have been remnant of the new glue to the awning, which took a bit of elbow grease to remove - thankfully all removeable. A cover up of the van body would have been a useful preventative measure in future operations.

Very satisfied customers
We have been Leisureworld Catterick customers for many years and in our experience the standard of customer service remains at the highest level. The staff, be it in service, sales, the terrific accessory shop and the new Terrace Cafe, are all knowledgeable, polite and ever helpful ensuring the highest quality of customer service and satisfaction throughout. We would award 6 or more stars if that was possible. Thank you to you all for making interfacing with a caravan and Motorhome dealership such a pleasurable experience!

A good selection of Caravans and a really well stocked shop for accessories made it a little too easy to spend money !
The staff I dealt with during my caravan purchase deserve a mention ( and the lemon drizzle cake from the cafe!) James who looked after me on the purchase of the Caravan was really knowledgeable and made my wife and I feel at ease . In the shop (I think her name was Mandy) we picked up a few items including a couple of good recommendations from Mandy .
Overall a great experience and looking forward to visiting parts of Britain we’ve never explored before !
Thanks to the all the team at Ropers for making it an enjoyable experience.

First Class Services from Leisure World
The purchase of the Truma aircon from Leisure World was smooth and pleasant. The staff were helpful and the responses with solutions were quick and sufficient. Ben is brilliant and often made extra efforts to resolve the issues. This also goes to Truma which provides not only quality products but also first class customer services. Thank you! Great experience with Josh
We have just purchased our first ever caravan from Josh at leisure world in catterick. The whole process has been a breeze. Being totally new (and clueless) we have had a million questions and Josh answered every single one for us.
Shout out to the staff in the shop aswell who helped talk us through the different accessories and awning options.
As it's our first caravan we don't have anything to compare it to but its been great service and we have been really well looked after by Josh and the team. I don't think it could've been any smoother start to finish.

Wonderful helpful staff
Wonderful helpful staff that went out of their way to ensure the work that I require on my caravan went smoothly and exactly as I required.
I would have no hesitation on recommending Leisure World (Catterick) to family and friends. The café was excellent while waiting for the work to be carried out and all the staff in both café and shop couldn’t have been more helpful. A big thank you to the service team for all of their help and support.

Really go part-exchange
I had a fantastic experience with Leisure World at Catric. Sophie, the sales assistant, was absolutely brilliant. She helped me part-exchange my Basecamp 4 for a Basecamp 3, which is a year and a half newer. The whole process was smooth—Sophie explained every step, we discussed a fair price, and even on two occasions, they treated me to free coffee in their lovely canteen. The caravan is just as described—I’m really happy and excited for the trips ahead.

Excellent customer service
We visited the store today and was very impressed by the customer service we received. In particular a young man named Lee D who was very helpful and went the extra mile in making sure we were happy with our purchase. Will return again in the very near future.

Air conditioning unit installed
My motor home was booked in on Monday to have an air conditioning unit fitted. Originally I was going to have to travel back to York and come back and collect it the next day
But the team said they could have it done in a couple of hours and even offered breakfast while I waited
Excellent and professional service
Thanks to Andy and the brilliant job the technician did (sorry forgot her name) who was also very polite and helpful

I am delighted to contribute a very positive review for my recent visit to Leisure World in Brompton on Swale. Karen, Johnny and Andrew, gave me excellent advice and service, and my problems with my van were sorted quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed. I must also add that the boss, Chris, was very willing to give me the time of day, as I was ordering a coffee, and it soon became obvious, by his manner, why there is such a good team operating at Leisure World. New Adria purchase :)
We purchased our second new motorhome from Leisure World this week.
During the past few weeks, from arranging the service on our previous van to the purchase and collection of our new van, the process has been swift and smooth. We’ve dealt with Josh, Sophie, Margaret and Steve and all have been friendly, helpful and very professional. Communications have been great throughout. I’d definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone considering purchasing or servicing a vehicle. We got a very competitive trade in price also.
Additionally they arranged for an alarm and tracker to be fitted at our home yesterday to facilitate the collection process :)

Karen would phone us to let us know what was going on with our motorhome and what was happening with it. Very friendly and also have a laugh with them.
