Most efficient lender at the moment
I used Lendinvest recently to refinance part of a large portfolio and the process was so much smoother than many of the other lenders. Start to finish they took less than half the time the some other loans funding the company took. A massive thank you to Tom and Leanne who helped get the deal over the line before a penalty deadline that was coming up.

From application received to mortgage offer coming out was 3 days. Lots of sensible questions were asked by underwriting and answered nice and quickly. LendInvest are always my BTL lender of choice

Great service from Kieran at Lendinvest
Lendinvest are usually easy and efficient to deal with, so I expected the same recently. However, our case manager, Kieran Route completely exceeded my expectations. Our case was long and complex but he remained extremely helpful, friendly and was quick to respond throughout, making the process so much easier. He really knows his stuff and is a credit to the company. Hope to work with Lendinvest (and Kieran) again very soon!

Speed and Smooth
With all the Lenders coming up LendInvest have still got it by far
on the a straight forward case the speed and the process are so good and smooth, no need of chasseing and all checks are going on in the background while valuation taking place!

Excellent Service from LendInvest and Keiran Route
Always great to deal with LendInvest for bridging or BTL finance. Just completed a bridging finance deal, and Keiran Route has been excellent throughout, always reachable by email and phone when needed. fast, efficient lender
fast, efficient lender. I had my application submitted and offered in a couple weeks, which included a physical valuation. limited documentation asked for which avoids headaches for broker and borrower.
A common sense approach by BDMs and Underwriters also makes a massive difference.
