I received replacement battery for Lenovo laptop…
I received the replacement battery for a Lenovo laptop which is no longer available from Lenovo. The replacement seems to fit perfectly and have the same specifications of the original. Fitted and works fine.
Obviously, time will tell, but most laptop Li-Ion batteries deteriorate in capacity over the years. Fast delivery and well packed, inc. fitting tools.

Easy Process
Website was easy to navigate and easy to find the battery that was suitable for my laptop.
Order placed then received an email to check I had ordered correctly prior to despatch which was reassuring. All then confirmed & battery received 2-3 days after placing order.
Fitted battery today & all seems good so hopefully happy days.

The supplied hex screwdriver didn't…
Order LEG20250626000120319224
The supplied hex screwdriver was defective and didn't work so I emailed customer service asking for a replacement. Lenovo Battery shop's reply was
"We are sorry that we do not have extra screwdrivers that can be shipped alone. Given that, we would like to apply for a 5% discount for you if you want to keep this parcel".
Totally unhelpful and a £1.56 discount for an unusable product is laughable.
Bought my own screwdriver which worked perfectly.
So 5* for the battery but 1* for customer service

Lenovo products..This Company delivers.
The Lenovo battery shop website made it easy to select the correct battery for my laptop. Delivery was within 2 days and only cost £1.50.
Other online outlets need to take note and deliver the same service as this Company did.
Would absolutely recommend this Company for Lenovo product purchases.

Short battery life
Ordered March 2024. Purchase process and shipping were all OK however the battery failed completely shortly after a year of light use. Failed completely in May 2025.

Great quality battery and top service!
I'm giving this purchase a 5 Star simply because of the speed of delivery and the quality of the product!
I love this battery, I've gone from a faulty Lenovo battery for my ThinkPad T580 lasting no longer than 1 hour on battery to this new bigger compatible battery that lasts me now up to 6 hours at least!
I hope they improve their website and navigating the tracking process a little bit, but you can find your way around easily enough and Hermes / Evri provide you a tracking number and it comes fairly quickly!

Very quick service and the battery, at first impressions, seems to be a good buy. 5-6 hours life when charged to 80% which is Lenovo's recommendation.
