Leo is very knowledgeable, very fair, friendly and a great physiotherapist. His help following a severe ACL rupture (around 2023) has been second to none and put me back on track within a few weeks. He helped me get rid of the limping and become confident again on my injured leg.

I have continued regular training with him and moved to other types of exercises and he continues to amaze me every time with his comprehensive muscle-skeletal knowledge.

Be it as a physio-therapist or as a personal trainer you can't go wrong by choosing him.

I had a great experience with Leo. I suffered from a torn ACL and was recommended by my knee specialist to visit Leo’s clinic. Leo was very knowledgeable - he explained the situation and advised a few relevant exercises for me to work on. He was also super attentive and always asked me how I was getting on with my programme every session. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Leo more!

I can’t recommend Leo highly enough. Leo Chiu and I were classmates during our Master’s degree in Advanced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and later worked together as colleagues. Leo is the most knowledgable and reliable physio I've ever seen.

Having torn my ACL for the second time, Leo was recommended by my Surgeon.

Compassion and empathy was so important to me at the time and I couldn't have asked for anything more from Leo.

He took the time to understand both netball and work on the psychological aspects of my rehab and return to play.

Leo incorporated everything rom massage, strapping and dry needling to sport specific rehab movement.

Several other netballers used Leo for their ACL rehabs, on recommendation.

I came to Leo with persistent shin splints that had been growing worse over the previous months. Leo both helped relieve my pain through sports massages and acupuncture before working on a training plan to build up the necessary strength to stop it from happening again both through working with him in the gym and creating a set of activities for me to do at home. Any flair ups I had Leo was happy to help me work through them. Kind and caring guy, couldn't recommend more
