Excellent customer service! Placed an order which was slightly unusual, and the store emailed me to make sure that my order was correct and that I hadn't made an error!
While this was an unnecessary courtesy, it is a level of customer service I have never seen from a retailer before and was extremely appreciated

i orderd items from a few stores a couple delivered really fast like next day for one of them but the main prize was to come from leonius i waited in as paciently as i could (im not pacient when exited ). I was under the impresssion it would be 3-5 days for delivery after waiting 4 and it hadnt shiped i emailed to enquire and got a criptic responce that it would come on time as it should. It didnt come the next day i wasn't happy thought about canceling the order desided to hold off cancelling the order as the price was so good. After a couple of days i looked at the items again in the store ahhh they were to be delivered to them later in the month would have preferred being told rather than a cryptic answer but all is well i guess im still impatient but nothing can be done. Would use the store again but only with great deals and will look more closely at delivery time. considering this as the made.com of games
