STAY AWAY FROM THEM and I deliberately left caps on, ordered early February to be told not in stock be end of March, at the end of March told that they do not know when it will be even shipped but don't worry they would keep me notified. Then suggested choose from one in stock which I did paid an extra fifty only to be told a few days later that this was not in stock

The communication was great. The tracking service was spot-on. The bike was very easy to assemble. Really happy with the service and the bike. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible experience. Took 14 days to dispatch item. After a week, I requested cancellation. They still dispatched the order. Once it arrived, I asked how to return, and they said it will cost between €80 to €160 to return to Poland for a refund.

I ordered bike and biking equipments. Equipments were pricey. I thought they are selling original sports equipments. And that's why its expensive. When I received just seen all equipments quality is extremely low. All just rubbish. For equipments I paid around 200euro but real value is just 20 - 30 euro

The support and professionalism of the staff I dealt with built my trust in them and their company. My bike arrived on time and I have no complaints. I brought my wife's and daughter's ebikes also thanks to my experience.

I ordered an Engwe T14 from Letscycle, but the bike arrived with a faulty motor. They initially admitted the issue and offered a replacement, but later denied any fault and ignored my repeated refund requests. I asked about the return procedure multiple times with no clear response. I will now be filing a formal complaint with the CCPC and ECC Ireland. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered my e-bike on September 11th and received it on September 26th. The communication with the service team was quick, and they delivered exactly on the agreed date. I’m very satisfied and definitely recommend them!

Terrible after sales. Bad customer service. I bought a bike in a cycle to work scheme from Let's Cycle website. I've paid 1300 euro Jasnon X50 E-Bike. The bike frame broke while I was coming to work. I contacted the support sending pictures videos, using the bike for only two months they said they would send a new frame acting like they were doing a favor to me was hilarious, they make me pay the shipping and every day is a new excuse to don't send the frame. So if you buy a bike there and have no problem is fine but trust me if you have a problem prepare yourself for a big regret! Never again buying nothing over there and telling all friends to don't make the same mistake I did.

Bike broke after a month. Now approaching 3 months and still not fixed after giving them two opportunities to sort. Requested a refund and they're breaking UK consumer law by not agreeing to it. Scammers. Avoid

I ordered an E-Bike as part of a cycle-to-work scheme from Lets Cycle and they couldn't have been more helpful. They were more than accommodating with changing a few things with my order. They also gave prompt updates throughout the delivery process. The only minor issue I had was that some of the accessories were shipped separately and took a while to arrive.

One of the worst E-stores, I bought something, hopeless service, overpriced prices (compared to POCOCYCLE, where it is the same store), very rude service (people from India). I waited for the bike for over a month with problems because they sent me the wrong bike and told me to keep it at home until they found a customer for it (in Ireland). If I only knew what awaited me, I wouldn't have bought this bike there.

Absolutely shocking company to buy from I purchased my bike in June and still have not received it I would stay away from this company . I will be make a complaint to conreg and ask they be taking of the recommended list of suppliers . Stay away.
