Rip Off
This company is a rip off. They took my money, had me going down a coaching business path, versus a consulting business path, so I wasted months building everything for consulting using coaching methodology. I kept telling them it was off, but they just kept trying to compensate with the same unskilled talent. They eventually figured it out and fired their coaching people and brought in consulting people, but then the original target market and offer they told me was good, was no longer good after the US election. They offered no advice on how to pivot. Then they disappeared. They took me off the slack channel, blocked me on LinkedIn and stopped sending me emails and no response to my emails. They are in the UK so its going through their legal system is another ordeal.
Do not expect a Done For You programme...it is NOT that.
How disappointing. I was encouraged to write a review a month in when one of the founders had reached out to me because I was not happy. I had only paid $1600 at this point. He agreed to personally support me with the team until I got some traction. I was super impressed, hence my previous review. There was no pressure and so I continued and paid my next installment.
The initial salesman was awesome (of course, he’s a salesman). I told him the challenges with my niche and reaching the people who needed me, and my reluctance based on previous courses. He assured me LLU was a DFY program and it was their job to find me my clients. He really understood my mission but his promise was not at all what turned out to be what they actually did. I don’t know how they sleep at night telling you everything you want to hear, but changing nothing. I do believe one of the co-founders actually really cared, or am I still being delusional. Of course I am. He can’t possibly care or he wouldn’t have ghosted me when I asked for a refund. I was fortunate I paid in installments and was able to get one back on the last day from my bank, just within the 90 days cut off, before I paid the last one, so they only had me for $3,200 I believe. From the beginning the two sales trainers (women) had no clue about my niche. They both came across as men haters, presumably from their own past experiences, and so we didn’t gel. At all. The guys got it, but they were not the ones helping me. At one point it suddenly dawned on me on me that ‘hang on a minute, this isn’t Done For You’. I worked relentlessly for the 3 months (why would you have to do that in a DFY program). I can’t believe I fell for that. Yes they would keep going with you to your 10 sales, but that could go on forever. If they didn’t have the skills to help you, and certainly had no intention of doing it for you, as promised, there was no chance. I could be still trying now. I’m so sorry to anyone who read my earlier review if it helped you decide to go with them. Co-founder who seemed to care so much, if you’re reading this, I would be obliged if you would authorise a refund of my $3.200. Of course I’ll never get that wasted time back, though I would appreciate you doing the right thing now. And the same for all the other people here. You’re a young man, and a seemingly very genuine guy. This cannot sit well with your conscience, and as a result it WILL manifest in disease in later life. Please, for your own health, DO THE RIGHT THING.
Kind regards, Cari.
It's taken me months to muster the…
It's taken me months to muster the strength to write this review. Working with LLU was a harrowing process, and in the end, I lost $7500 with not a single sale to report. I poured my heart into the "structure" offered by LLU, and while I believe there are good people who founded and work at LLU, what resulted from the system they provided proved to be VERY FAR from the done-for-you framework that was promised. I jumped through every hoop and did what was suggested. The system failed me and many others who work in parallel industries. I'm a healthcare provider who was launching a digital program for infertility. The people at LLU were determined to try to get my offering traction by using LinkedIn as the main platform. Even I, as a novice online business owner, knew that LinkedIn was NOT the place to try and market a program about infertility. There were many red flags all along the way. My dedicated LLU coach, who was "the best at the company," quit after a couple of weeks working with her. Another healthcare provider offering her services in New York, with whom I connected, was having a similar experience with LLU. Honestly, I invested a significant amount of time and energy in the program, and I feel disgruntled even as I sit here, typing this review, because I feel like it's more of my valuable time that I'll never get back. That aside, my primary motivation for writing this review is to caution anyone considering working with LLU seriously. It was a significant amount of money to lose then, and it still hurts to think about it. I tried to get a refund, but they offered me a call with one of their founders, and he convinced me to pivot. I pivoted, but still, no sales. There will always be success stories, but please, before you pay, consider your industry and connect with those of us who have not made any sales whatsoever. There are a lot of us! I'm happy to share with you the various ways that LLU failed me and also help you determine if they may be a good fit for you.
Company Has not acknowledged complaints
After my review, still no response with the attempt for a refund. They are continuing to remain quiet as though I will dissappear. Please contact about promised refund. I see new posts and many similarities as to the complaints I presented. Please see my previous post.
Following up to my last review
Following up to my last review. Over 4 months now and not one actual lead. I requested a refund numerous times and they keep trying to string me along.
I wish I never trusted these people
I wish I never trusted these people. I am on email #5 in regards to the refund. They stated I would have 10 high ticket clients within 3 months, I received 0. I did learn more about LinkedIn; but that is about it. They basically ghosted me. We had several calls with the sales reps guaranteeing me results. We even stated prior we have given money to companies that have not done what they say and he was adamant they were not that type of company. Added into the contract was free ads as well. I was ghosted by my client specialist for weeks at times, then the head specialist as well over the course of my time with the company. Very unfortunate. When I initially requested the refund he said his company constraints cannot provide a refund....still nothing from the last 5 emails. I would not recommend. I recently got my legal team involved and I am thinking we have a lot of other people that this happened to as well.
It's not a done for you system
I experienced the same thing other 1 star reviewers have made. Feels like I am doing all the work in getting clients. I thought this was a done for you system. Not sure what I paid for.
Took my money and disappeared
I came across Let's Level Up after seeing their ads plastered over my Facebook feed, promoting their “10 clients or you don’t pay” guarantee. I filled out their form and was soon booked in for a Zoom call. The initial conversation seemed promising, and I agreed to a deal that felt fair at the time, paying £2500 upfront.
Ironically, I run a marketing agency myself, specialising in the home improvement sector. Back then, I was a one-man band and had just finished building out a package of automation tools tailored to that niche. I wasn’t looking for help delivering the work, I just wanted someone to help bring in clients so I could focus on serving them.
From the outset I was underwhelmed. I was added to a Slack channel that offered no value, acting more as a layer of fluff than anything else. It felt like it was there to create the illusion of activity rather than actually facilitate progress.
So what do they actually do? Who knows!
I had a few brief calls with the team, during which they told me my website and landing pages were “already good enough.” Shortly after, I received a Google Doc with some landing page headline suggestions. Honestly, the copy was so brief and simplistic it felt like I was marking secondary school homework (ChatGPT could've done better in 15 seconds). Not exactly the strategic input I was hoping for.
Things quickly went quiet. I tried calling both of my contacts at LLU but couldn’t get through. One eventually returned my call, but I was in a meeting at the time. I received a text asking me to schedule a Zoom via a calendar link. I replied to say I was currently in hospital but would reconnect as soon as possible. A week later, I was told I'd be handed over to a new account manager, Lesha (that introduction never happened).
When I was ready to reconnect, I discovered I’d been locked out of the Slack channels and had no way to contact Lesha.
By that point, my business had started growing rapidly, and I didn’t have time to chase an agency delivering such low-value work. Still, I’d paid £2,500 and had received a grand total of about 500 words in a Google Doc. No strategy, no live ads, no leads, and certainly no new clients - not through their efforts anyway.
I’ve since tried to get back in touch with LLU. I contacted my original account manager and messaged them on Facebook (no replies). My email no longer works on their portal. Their website has no contact information. And of course, I still can’t access the Slack group.
LET'S LEVEL UP: If you're reading this, I’m open to having a constructive conversation and giving you the opportunity to make good on your “10 clients or you don’t pay” guarantee. And yes - I fully understand that this means you continue working until I reach 10 clients, not that a refund is issued after a certain period of time.
Please include contact details in your reply to this review. If that’s not possible, I suppose that speaks for itself.
⚠️ I AM REVEALING ALL – Save your money.
I invested $7,500 in Let's Level Up’s "Platinum Package" based on their written and heavily marketed guarantee: "10 High-Ticket Clients in 120 Days."
Unfortunately, my experience was an exact match to the other 1-star reviews warning of misleading promises, poor service, and zero results. This message goes out to especially the founders of Let’s Level up, the owners need to take more of the responsibility for the failure to delivery on their company’s promises.
👉 Despite following every requirement in their "Guarantee Terms" — including daily posting, LinkedIn outreach, attending consultancy sessions, using their scripts, and raising concerns at the 75-day mark — they failed to deliver a single client, let alone 10 and worst of all, zero prospects booked to my calendar.
👉 Their support was minimal, reactive rather than proactive, and there was no genuine urgency or strategy shown to fulfil the guarantee during the 120 days, which has now run over into 170+ days.
👉 After their failure to deliver, they reverted to the same stock excuse they give to other unhappy clients: "We’ll keep working with you for free." This fallback ignores the fundamental fact that their guarantee was tied to actual performance within 120 days, not indefinite attempts after failing the main terms.
Here is a factual timeline of my experience:
Day 0: Paid $7,500 based on Proposal guaranteeing 10 high-ticket clients. Started design work, lead magnet, landing page and LinkedIn outreach.
Day 1–75: Carried out daily content posting, outreach, and consultancy sessions as per contract.
Day 75: Notified Let's Level Up of zero results as required. No meaningful adjustments were made during this time.
Day 120: Program ended. Zero high-ticket clients signed and zero calendar prospects bookings. Zero meaningful intervention or accountability from LLU.
This mirrors the many other 1-star reviews here where clients state they:
Received low-quality social media posts and ineffective outreach.
Were blamed for lack of results despite following the program exactly.
Were offered "extended free services" instead of honouring the refund or "don't pay" promise.
👉 IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Their Trustpilot page is artificially boosted by requesting positive reviews early on before clients realize no real results materialize. And some clients have not bothered to revisit their review, whilst some have now started to.
👉 This is NOT a genuine done-for-you client acquisition system. It is primarily done-for-them marketing busy work with no meaningful sales outcomes.
If you are considering investing with Let’s Level Up, my strong advice is: proceed with extreme caution.
Be aware that the "10 clients in 120 days" or “150 booked calendar leads in 120 days” their latest ploy, is not enforced seriously. Their fallback is to string clients along indefinitely once they have your full payment.
I have given LLU an opportunity to resolve this privately via a full refund. Should they choose not to, I will continue to share my honest experience to help others avoid the same costly mistake. P.S. If anyone requires proof, I will be happy to provide documents, screen shots and information for others to make an informed decision.
Still awaiting agreed upon partial…
Still awaiting agreed upon partial refund as stated in an email by the owner on January 21, 2025 and as I post this out of total frustration on May 13th, neither of the agreed upon split payments have been issued. I did not receive even ONE client from this process, despite having a proven course since 2017, testimonials and a solid foundation before I even hired them. My expertise is in helping women heal their relationship with food and with LLU I was seeking a marketing team to bring me qualified leads. I wanted a partnership in this process. I’m excellent at selling. I am burned out from social media marketing and needed help. Not only am I out the $5k, I am out a couple additional thousand from facebook ads that did not build my list or get me qualified leads. I have gotten clients over this last year, but by my own methods. ONE private client could have covered this and I wouldn’t be writing this right now OR they could have kept to their word and issued the $2500 as promised in writing. This is the first time I have EVER written a negative review about a company I’ve worked with. The 2 stars is because the service was stellar in the first month or 2 we worked together. Went downhill from there and never recovered.
Let’s Level Up – A Costly Mistake I Regret
Let’s Level Up – A Costly Mistake I Regret
I signed up with Let’s Level Up after being promised 10 high-paying clients within 90 days—or they’d continue working for free until they delivered. At the time, investing £5,000 seemed like a no-brainer. We had some initial onboarding calls and built out a plan. From day one, I voiced concerns about their messaging—phrases like “let’s book an interview” were confusing and unprofessional. I was assured to trust the process.
Over the 90 days, I had just five calls booked:
• Two people thought it was a job interview,
• Two never showed up,
• One didn’t qualify.
I raised concerns multiple times but was met with vague reassurances and no clear plan. There was little to no proactive communication from their side—I had to chase them. After six months of no results, I contacted them again and requested a refund. They admitted they could’ve done better and asked for “one more chance.”
That was in January. We had a couple of initial chats, but since then: complete radio silence. No follow-up. No strategy. No delivery. Just a £5,000 hole in my pocket.
Let’s Level Up did not get me a single client—not one. I was patient. I followed their process. I gave them every chance to deliver. Unfortunately, all I got was broken promises, poor execution, and a lot of wasted time.
I expect they’ll respond with excuses or try to shift blame, but the facts are clear: I paid for a result that never came. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.
AVOID THIS SCAM
Writing this review to cancel out my other one. NOTHING has happened since “the launch”- I’m a year in, haven’t landed a single client and want nothing but my money back. But of course-they won’t do that. So I’m stuck trying to get something out of it. AVOID THIS SCAM! Although the first part was useful-this whole program was only worth $500 max. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Save yourself the money and headache and just watch some YouTube videos on integrating LinkedHelper. I cannot stress enough how much you should SKIP THE SCAM 👎🏾
UPDATE: They tried to have this review flagged and taken down! I have spoken to over 20 others in this program and can’t find one person that has seen results. I personally do not believe anything they say about others having success-as they can’t produce the actual person, only share vague info that I’m supposed to take their word for. We spent $1k on ads and got NOTHING, not even 1 person-when trying to understand what went wrong, Luke admitted that we were marketing to the wrong people.
Notice how in the reply-all they can say is they will keep trying. That’s the issue-this program was only supposed to be 90 days. Scam is the only word that fits this situation 😮💨 AVOID AVOID AVOID

Still Awaiting Refund After 270 Days
I enrolled in this program based on a “10 clients in 90 days or your money back” offer. While I gave the process a fair shot and followed the steps, I did not receive the expected results. It’s now been over 270 days, and I have not received the refund that was part of the original guarantee/agreement.
This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to share my ongoing concern so that others dont fall victim. I’m still open to resolving this matter directly with the company.

A total waste of thousands of dollars
A total waste of thousands of dollars. I paid 5K for a three month agreement and basically got 20-25 very amateur social media posts and that's it.
They claim they will "create a professional linkedin page for my company to showcase my expertise". The only thing they did was create an account in Linkedin with nothing other than the biz name.
They claim "Use Linkedin to reach up to 1400 potential clients weekly". Over three months that is 16,800. I received 10 new connections total.
They claim "Focus on a handful of 4-7 well qualified leads per week".
That is 48 to 84 leads. They generated ZERO.
Several times and at least once a month I scheduled meetings to try and salvage the campaign and they reacted and kept telling me to continue. When I saw their social media content that they developed I had to ask them to stop posting that on my personal Linkedin account because it would absolutely damage the brand they were so pitiful.
Finally with a month left on the contract I asked to terminate the agreement and refund my money. Never heard from them again.

This is one of the best companies to work with. Their team of marketing experts is deeply connected and truly dedicated they handle everything for you. It's liteeallt done for me. From lead generation to social media strategy and posting, they take care of it all seamlessly.
As a business owner, marketing can be one of the most frustrating, challenging, yet essential aspects of running a business. This team removes that burden, making the process effortless.
What sets them apart is their genuine care for their clients. Unlike many other providers, they go above and beyond to ensure I’m supported. Even their salesperson, Tom, genuinely cares about the customer something that's increasingly rare these days.
The team, is not only kind but also fully invested in his team and clients, showing up every single day to make a difference. It's so refreshing to see this!
I'm personally a huge fan and will be recommending them to all my business connections.
Thank you, team, for all the hard work you put in!
Ethically one of the worst companies…
Ethically one of the worst companies I've dealt with. They DO NOT honor guarantees promised in their advertising nor commitments once an agreement is reached. Buyer Beware!
Stay away. They do not offer a done for you service, you'll have to do all the work. You won't get new clients through their program. You'll be left with zero new clients and out thousands of dollars with no accountability from the leaders of this organization.
In regards to the response below, it's all completely false, except that I did choose not to continue working with them. Why would anyone choose to work with a company when they express and create unethical practices?
