Service was good minus not being able to track package which could of caused £15 redelivery fee had we not been in. Luckily we were but you can’t expect people to stay home for 3 day window and charge them redelivery if they’re not.

My Dad ordered Icarus Sun for us but got our post code wrong. This lead to issues with delivery but Glen went above and beyond to get it sorted. What a fantastic service! Ordered online, which was so easy and informative. I especially loved being able to view the fireworks in the video clips prior to purchasing. Great value fireworks and sparklers and a huge variety available! Was amazed that the fireworks were delivered to me within 3 hours of purchase on a Sunday!

We got the fireworks next day having being contacted by phone to tell us they’d be there by courier!
They lasted ages a good thirty minutes of lighting them and oooohing and the finale was lovely, well worth the money, great assortment for kids of all ages🥰

Great service. Arrived in good time and the courier even called me. Especially like that I can play videos of the fireworks to help decide which ones to order.
