Packaging was lovely
Packaging was lovely. Personal cards inside. Really pleased with my Mother & Daughter bracelets. The verse on the packaging was so lovely. Arrived on time. Great customer service. Will be ordering again as I do have my eye on something.

I ordered online and there was an issue with the address (I didn’t see this until I had made the purchase). I emailed them about it and they got back to me straight away and offered to resend the item out. Extremely friendly and helpful!!

Beautiful bracelet
Beautiful bracelet, ordered and sent to a friend who just lost a loved one. Kerry was brilliant, I emailed her to see if she could add a little note for me, she did, without a bother at all.

Perfection in the form of gifts
Ordered some sale items and an engagement gift, all absolutely beautiful. Such lovely gifts. Amazing service and the quickest delivery ever … even over Christmas! I had to contact Kerry to rearrange my order as I ordered the wrong thing and it was all sorted instantly, they even put in an extra bracelet as a gift. Amazing service, beautiful gifts and just an outstanding business!

Lovely item. However it was the incorrect item received. I order a bracelet for 'nanny' and the item received was for 'grandma'.
