Really unique products
This company do really unique products, which is why i've bought things for myself and as gifts for friends/family. They are posted quickly and come wrapped in beautiful pink paper. I particularly love the turtle bracelet, as it reminds me of when I swam with turtles.
I would say the prices are fair, as the bracelets are so well made and unique.
Overall, I would recommend this company 100%.

You mentioned concerns regarding the delivery time and a missed gift message. I want to sincerely apologise for any inconvenience you experienced.
Regarding the delivery, I see that you opted for an upgrade to 1st Class with Royal Mail. While this service is generally fast, it is important to note that it is not a tracked or guaranteed next-day service. We always aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours from Monday to Friday to ensure the quickest possible delivery, but unfortunately, the exact delivery timing is outside our control once the package is with Royal Mail.
As for the gift message, I'm afraid we did not see a message on your order, usually this pulls through to your order confirmation, did you receive this? This could be an internal issue on our website so it would be really helpful to understand.
We value you as a customer and would like the opportunity to make things right. Please do get in touch, I have emailed you too.

Excellent service
I ordered a very pretty graduation bracelet for my daughter. Unfortunately, when she wore it for the first time she realised there was a slight problem with the clasp which resulted in the bracelet falling off. I contacted Letterbox Love and they very kindly sent out a replacement within a few days.
Excellent service, beautiful jewellery at a reasonable price. I highly recommend.

Ordered from here twice before, and recently ordered a mystery bundle. Was so pleased when it arrived. Lots of lovely bits and personalised too! Great customer service. Easy to get in touch. Lovely gifts and I even got a few bits for myself. Highly recommend!

Really lovely gift
Really lovely little bracelet. Bought as gift for a friend, to remind her she’s not alone. It was the first anniversary of her mom’s death (who loved butterfly’s). She loved it.
