My experience with the levelset agent, Ashley, who is supporting me has been very good, since she is patient when listening to what I am referring to or what my question is, and she has sent me links that help me understand more about the process and why of the documents that I must have.

We started using Levelset recently. I was filing a prelien yesterday and had a problem. I clicked on the help button. Andrea replied, solved the problem and I was able to finish.

We utilized Levelset to file a lien on a property for non payment of construction work we had done. When we contacted our attorney to perfect the lien, the attorney informed us the state laws were not followed by Levelset in filing the lien so the lien was void. We contacted Levelset and asked for a refund of our money as the work they did was effectively useless for us. They replied it is not their problem. Will never do business with this company again.

These guys promised that their processes were reviewed and the company was started by a lawyer, but there is a case in Florida where a judge pretty much said every lien filed by Levelset is not enforceable. When we were their customer it took over two years for them to pay us money on a mistake they created. Because now they have six figure cases that they can't give face to in Florida, they are radio silent.

Protect your liens and don't use these guys.

Brandon is the best, i told him the clumsy mistake i had made on a recent order, he got the information from me and took care of it immediately. I wish more companies still had customer service so simple and friendly. LETS GO BRANDON !!!
