Unresponsive and Disappointing Support
Levelset’s customer service is extremely disappointing. When you actually need help, they are unresponsive and unavailable. I’ve reached out multiple times and either received no reply or very delayed responses that didn’t resolve anything.
For a platform that handles important and time-sensitive processes, this level of support is unacceptable. If everything works smoothly, fine—but the moment you need real assistance, you’re on your own.
I would not recommend this service based on the lack of customer support alone.

I was charged $67 for "preparing" a notice. Mind you the notice was written, entirely, by me and they add zero value to the document. Total scam!
Don't use Levelset they removed…
Don't use this company they removed there GC vetting or company overview so you could see if GC's paid on time or had liens on there projects. This tool kept us from getting screwed and losing big money. Now predatory companies can take advantage of people again. They are for the big guy not sub contractors. They have been terrible ever since procore bought them out.
I have struggled with lien waivers…
I have struggled with lien waivers since I started working in construction. This has helped me to understand it much better and stay on top of collecting necessary lien waivers. Completely recommend!
Levelset does not have good support
Levelset does not have good support. The overall software, when working properly, is fine in general. But the platform is confusing to work in, and we have a lot of technical issues. For the high price, it is not work it for our organization, especially when the product doesn't work as promised.
Bogus notices
I received a notice that I owed an electrics company a bill that I had already paid. The notice was from Levelset. I called the electrician to confirm with him that I had paid the bill. He confirmed that I am totally paid up and owe nothing. A few days later, I got a "demand for payment," threatening additional adverse actions, including a mechanic's lien on my property. I tried to open a chat with them and the prompt asked for a reference number. I gave the one on the notice. It replied that the reference number was invalid. Then I clicked the telephone icon and got a recording stating that the phone number is no longer monitored. It suggested that I send an email and gave me an address. I then gave Levelset a suggestion that I won't repeat here. These jokers need to get serious and aggregate their fecal matter. The ball is in their court. I'm getting a written statement as to my zero balance from the electrician and am eagerly awaiting the mechanic's lien. I'm a retired fighter pilot and I love a good fight. Oh, and I DON'T lose, either.

Unprofessional service
I have tried to call this company and there is no way of speaking to a live person unless you sign up first. In my opinion why would I want to sign up first to any company just to get a few questions answered. This tells me that they are just to busy to take on more business. Very unprofessional for a company that according to their website staffs a huge amount of employees .

Jennie was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue I was having. She was friendly, professional, and very attentive. Communication with her was flawless, and it felt clear that she was making it her mission to get things resolved for me. Would gladly work with her again, and found myself wishing that all support calls could go this smoothly. Truly a top notch experience.

I requested a call on their website yesterday and no call back yet and very frustrated.
When you call the phone number in their AI chatbot response, it answers and says this phone number is no longer supported and to email them or chat with them.
When I tried the chat, they responded in the chat and said it was being forwarded to email as no one was available and they will get back to me.
Terrible customer service from another company getting rid of their phone number on their website and business about such complex subjects as liens is extremely unprofessional. Ridiculous.

LevelSet provides customer support and…
LevelSet provides customer support and training at every stage of the process. When I assumed my current position, we were already established with LevelSet, but I had to learn the process. In addition to their scheduled training classes, my team scheduled regular meetings with me to make sure I became proficient with the software. They are always super responsive to my requests and they answer every email and call. I truly enjoy working with this team of professionals.

Kendra is the Best!!! She helped get my account issues sorted out as I initially made a mistake while setting up my first account. She responded promptly and took care of my issue and got me the documentation I needed to ensure I was protected. We use Levelset for all of our Prelims, releases, and liens as nobody else compares to their service.
