Meghan was so helpful. At some point, I didn't know what I needed exactly, and she walked me through. She explained until I got the process. She was very patient. Because I was not sure of some questions, I set up a new appointment with her so we could go over it.

Levelset makes the process very simple. Very knowledgeable personnel to help walk through every step. They actually helped our company file 2 (two) liens and they were willing to help. What a great job to have a company like Levelset on your side.

Levelset's tool is very easy to use. The information they provide is amazing and very comprehensive. And most of all, their service is outstanding.

We had a GC telling us we were not going to be paid the $100K they owed. We waited too long to engage Levelset, but they scrambled, and, within a couple of days (also the last day we were allowed to record the lien), they got it filed. We were paid less than one week later!

Levelset has proven to be a major value-add for our company over the last 3+ years since our partnership began, but their employees are what really takes them to a higher level. Levelset representatives like our customer liaison (1) Paula Rodriguez - SBM Customer Success Mgr; (2) Robert Fernandes - Install Base Account Executive; and (3) Matt Manco, Manager, Implementation Services - Specialty Contractors & Suppliers, have resolved numerous issues for us over the last couple of years, which naturally come up over the course of a business year. Paula is well-known for connecting me with the right person to fix any issue that may come up & always checking-in with me to ensure everything is running smoothly, even if we haven't spoken in a while. Robert handled our recent renewal contract and was instrumental in working with our owner to add risk reports to our contract plan near the end of our prior year's contract. Matt has proven invaluable to us in resolving technical issues that surfaced in the synchronization between Intuit QuickBooks & Levelset. On several occasions over the last couple of years, he's taken the time to train and provide best practice tips for entering data into QuickBooks to make the transfer of information from QB to Levelset seamless and less likely for error, which had occurred because of incorrect procedures our accounting team was using to enter data into QB. When we started with Levelset, the fact that Intuit inspects Levelset once a year to ensure synchronization between QB & Levelset was a big selling point for our owners since these two systems needed to seamlessly operate in tandem. Matt was the expert who resolved all our technical issues and has become a person our team now knows and trusts. Great company with great people.
