This mattress has exacerbated my lower back pain, infact I wake up more cramped up in the morning then I did on my cheap IKEA mattress. If an individual has no chronic back issues then mattress is probably fine but it certainly shouldn't be targeted for people with back issues.

I used to work in the mattress industry and my husband does currently. I’ve probably tried every premium pillow on the market. I have had a spinal fusion in my neck and have never been able to find the right pillow. I’m only a night in but it feels really good!! I finally think I might have found THE ONE!

The most impressive part was the customer service. I got an email before it arrived, which I assumed was automated, from the CEO, asking if I liked it. I emailed back (thinking it would go no where) saying “it hasn’t arrived yet :(“

I had an email back from him cc’ing in customer service to give me an update and they provided a small partial refund as a courtesy. I was beyond shocked, and it arrived two days later. Talk about keeping customers satisfied.

100% give them a go.

My only negative is that I presume I am on the cusp re sizing and was recommended a large (via TikTok live). I am thinking I might need a medium. A few more nights and I’ll know for sure. So if you’re not certain, I would reach out to the service team first.

Bought this pillow due to its raving reviews online. My snore has been getting quite bad recently till I can be awoken from it. Tried out this pillow and omg I slept through the night without waking in the middle of the night. Definitely recommend!

After spending so much on pillows, I may have found the one. I have tried down feather, bamboo, memory foam etc. Then I bought the Levitex pillow. I love the firmness of this pillow but for me what really stood out is the customer care. I ordered a medium pillow going by the guide. I found this a bit high. I wrote back and immediately received a reply. A replacement was sent to me. They said that I could keep the other one until I knew which one was the right one. After a week I decided on the small and advised them. I received a return label and had it sent back. Each step, being notified. Not many companies would be that trusting. I wish the Levitex team everything of the best.

I’ve been using the pillow for just over three weeks now and it’s been a game changer for me. It was the first time I’ve invested into a pillow and it’s made a huge difference. Quality of sleep has drastically improved and neck pain has reduced significantly. I’d recommend it to anyone, like myself at the start you may question the price but considering you spend 8 hours a day asleep then it’s worth investing in, I know I’ve still got roughly another 20 days left on my return policy but it’s not even entered my head once to return it.

Highly recommend Levitex for anyone who struggles to sleep and/or suffers with neck pain. Their Sleep Posture Pillow is unbelievably comfortable, and has already made a difference in the few nights that I have used it. Ordered and received within 2 days which was excellent also.

Recently bought a pillow from Levitex. Cannot recommend this highly enough. It's excellent. My sleep has significantly improved since using it. Thoroughly delighted!

Without a doubt the best pillow I’ve ever had. For years I’ve had the panda memory foam pillow and after a few months, I start getting aches and pains ever it looses its firmness. After one night on the levitex pillow I knew I’d be using one for life! No more aches and pains, get to sleep quicker! I was skeptical when it first arrived as it wasn’t bouncy like memory foam ones I’ve been used to but now I’m so glad as it gives me the support I actually needed without compromising on comfort. 5 stars would totally recommend!

My wife has been snowing terribly for over a year. She never had a restful night and felt exhausted all day, and I slept badly with ear plugs.
We bought the Levitex pillow based on a newspaper recommendation.
From the first day on, my wife slept soundly, her occasional snoring reduced to a mild cat-pur sound. She feels refreshed during the day and my nights have also improved considerably.
I cannot recommend this pillow strongly enough.

I tried the levitex large pillow, it was perfect for me and sorted my neck pain within days. Unfortunately I have allergies to certain foams and these kicked in. Levitex responded immediately to my request for return, supplied a return label and issued a full refund. The pillow is really good, and the customer service cannot be faulted.

I hadn’t been sleeping properly since ordering a new bed from Dreams.
I came across James on tiktok and immediately admired his passion and also how he took the positive feedback of his products to heart.
Initially I ordered just the pillow. Due to my previous bad posture I was waking with a sore neck each morning. As it improved, I realised the mattress may also be a factor so ordered a levitex mattress too. It felt so firm at first but again, after a little time I got used to it and will NEVER go back to anything less now. It’s so comfortable and so supportive. Memory foam is nothing more than a false economy in my opinion.

Levitex already has lots of big names behind them such as Olympians, football players and other professionals.
The after sales support is so so fantastic too. Aside from the 30 night trial, James’ team are the most helpful bunch I have ever dealt with. Thank you for a great experience 👍

I was worried about spending so much money on a pillow however 3 months in and I’m so glad I did. I always woke with stiff shoulders, lots of pain in my shoulders and my clavicle. I’d wake often and changed pillows many times to try and help. The Levitex pillow really is a miracle worker. I’m a side sleeper and 5ft 1 so I bought the small pillow. It didn’t take long for me to see that I was in less pain. The pillow gave me the right support instead off the too much support that I was paining my body with. It’s so nice to not wake up with such stiff pain- thank you so much! Go on their TikTok videos for more information and often discounts. The pillow isn’t very comfy when sleeping on my back but as a side sleeper this has been a life saver. I’d try the mattress but I just don’t have the money but if you do I’m confident in this company. Thank you Levitex!

I didn’t want to rush into leaving feedback straight away, not without proper testing beforehand. It's been almost 2 months since Levitex arrived at our house, so I think it’s a reasonable time to allow me to comment.
I am approaching my 50-ties and since I was young, I had problems with my back due to weight and posture. Within the past few years, it had gotten so bad that my fingertips were going numb which in turn kept waking me up at times or I couldn't turn from one side to the next. It's important to have a healthy lifestyle but why would anyone be more active if they already get up tired and in pain?
Back in 2019, when we moved houses me and my husband decided to upgrade to a new mattress. Going with a renowned brand which is supposed to help you sleep, we thought we were buying quality, and this is where the serious problem began. After a year of use, the mattress started bowing which I thought was due to a thin base. This resulted in me nagging my husband to install plywood sheets to give it some sturdiness. I am glad we didn't go with this method; it turned out, it was the mattress itself, not the bed base!
In the meantime, my husband started working with James on some projects, so I heard about Levitex and the positive reviews but being sceptic I didn't take much notice. On top of it I still didn't put the dots of the root of my pain together either. I even ended up in a physio for my back!
For over a year before getting Levitex, my back situation worsened drastically. Seeing the bows in the mattress every time I changed the bedsheets, I thought that we needed to change the mattress sooner rather than later. This is where I thought, why not try Levitex? I was willing to try anything at this stage. We were talking about it for few months and then my husband arranged it and surprised me with a delivery! This is the day that changed everything!
It was so much fun to open and unfold the new mattress, drag out and into the car the old one (it was only 3 years old and already destined for recycling centre - I wouldn't have given it to my worst enemy). Levitex is half the height of our previous ‘quiet night’ one, but you can feel the density of it. Inside there was a standard welcome to Levitex, some basic information and instructions – needs to be out to plump up for a minimum of 8 hours. As soon as I touched it, I knew this was the best one yet! It feels so different to memory foam, dense but soft as if it was regulating the uneven surface underneath to get the perfect support for every part of your body laid on top. Yes, there is an initial smell to it which is also mentioned in the information leaflet, but it fades within a week or so. The size is perfectly cut to fill all the gaps in our super king bed frame! The bed felt bigger in comparison to when the previous was on. We started unpacking late in the morning and once the 8 hours were up, it was time to go to bed for the first night sleep. Not knowing if it would make things worse, I was excited and scared at the same time. Don't get me wrong, I realise that this is not a magic trick here - back problems are not going away from one day to the next – this takes time and probably other medical intervention so don’t rely on it entirely! Having said that, when I woke up next morning, it was the first time in a few years that my back ache subsided! My husband said that he slept very heavy. I couldn’t feel him turning over during the night whereas before I was almost jumping on the bed which was waking me up at times! It even has gotten a seal of approval from our two doggos, too! And I must admit that very often I catch our big girl (Labrador x Golden Retriever) having a relaxing moment on it during the day!
If you are looking for something that feels like laying in a cocoon, that's not the mattress for you! Let me tell you from my experience, the cosy cocoon feeling is a psychological fooling of the brain to think it's the right way to sleep but it is so far from the truth and the actual need of a good rest - I paid my price for it in form of my back issues. If you want a deep and comfortable sleep, then get Levitex!!! After almost two months of constant use, I wouldn’t trade it for anything! Of course, it takes a while for the body to adapt and realign to the correct position, but it is all so worth it. We also have Levitex pillows which were acquired earlier. Having the so-called 'quiet night sleep' mattress before, it was making things worse, so I moved them to the spare bedroom. Since we changed the mattress, I took them back and this was the best decision! All I can say is, please don’t blame the pillow if your mattress needs changing and is the root of the problem. The combination of both was something that changed our life for so much better! I can finally get up with not much pain or help! I firmly believe that the combination of physio and this set is getting my mobility back and become active!

As someone who has always bought the multipack pillows from the supermarkets and believed they were comfy let me tell you how wrong I was! I have the medium pillow from Levitex and the first time I lay on it I realised what comfort is supposed to feel like! I suffer from awful neck and shoulder pain and always just thought I’d never be comfy lying down - wrong! Lying on the pillow my whole body just feels relaxed and supported. Absolute revolutionary product, will shout from the rooftops about it!
Also have to add that the entire Levitex team are outstanding. They are genuine, kind, caring souls who are willing to help with any questions. Not many businesses around with a customer service as brilliant as these guys. Thanks a million Levitex 💙

I've had my Levitex pillow just over a year now, and it has been amazing for me.

I used to struggle to sleep more than 4 hours a night, which is no longer the case. I get a much better sleep now, and wake up with much less neck pain.

I can’t express how grateful I am for this mattress, and the pillows. I’ve had horrendous headaches from neck pain for years now, and have a lot of muscle and joint pain from Fibromyalgia. I had an Eve memory foam mattress for 8 months which made everything worse, so I was really apprehensive about trying another type of foam, but the CEO James, and the customer service legend Olivia were both so kind and patient that I felt I could trust them and give it a go. It’s literally changed my life, I absolutely love both products! The advice on pillow height was really helpful too. I really, really hope this company goes from strength to strength because it’s a world class, science based approach from a genuinely small, family company. The foam itself hasn’t made me hot at all like the memory foam did. It’s firm as a I needed, but not hard - just love it!! Anyone who’s suffered chronic fatigue will tell you what it means to finally feel happy in bed. I’ll be evangelising for them!
