The part arrived on time.
I had ordered 2 to have 1 spare but only 1 arrived.
The parcel had a quantity check slpit saying there was 2 so i can only think 1 was lost in parcel. I checked around on ground incase had dropped outy while opening.

Awful customers and water filter for refrigerator. They sent me 2 water filters that dont work. Corporate headquarters non existenting. Spent hours on the phone trying to resolve the issue. There is a defect in the water filters. And they could careless. As much as I paid for this refrigerator you would think a water filter would be so basic .NOT ! CS doesn't believe a word I say about the problem. They blame on me in applying the simple water filter... Run from this incompetent company

Faulty Filter
Had an issue with the filter a few weeks after buying it. Contacted them via the website and had no response. Sent an email with my issue and had no response to that either.
Had to buy another filter from a more reliable company and it worked perfectly.
