The new bag I received was in terrible condition. The fur kept shedding, and it was clearly damaged—anyone could see it at a glance. I am still shocked—how could a new bag be sent in such an obviously damaged state? What’s even more concerning is how poorly the return process was handled afterward. The staff’s attitude during the final handling reflected the bag’s condition.
I received confirmation three times via email that the refund would be issued to my credit card. In the meantime, they sent me a gift card, so to be safe, I double-checked that the refund would still be issued to my credit card before using the gift card. I felt compelled to use the gift card to help restore the company’s image regarding the condition of the bag, and I even had to purchase additional items.
The real issue, however, arose afterward. Their attitude, combined with the email stating that the refund had been issued as a gift card, is completely unacceptable. Over the course of 12 email exchanges, the credit card refund was confirmed three times, yet the company now claims that the problem was due to my allegedly “mistaken click” in their automatic system. This is despite multiple confirmations from their own staff.
I find this situation extremely unfair and untrustworthy, and I will continue to post reviews to ensure that others are aware and do not receive products from such a company.
