They were wonderful, supportive and helpful until I told them I had no more money for this project. Now they will not communicate with me. I paid about $2000 upfront.

DO NOT GO NEAR THESE DISGUSTING PEOPLE

Giant scam. Wasted my time and they stopped responding to emails after a few weeks. Their pitch is deceptive and dishonest, at first framing it like they're the company that will help level up your book, but then sliding in the fact that you have to pay lots extra for them to care about marketing at all, which is suspicious considering they take a large amount in royalties from book sales. Because I thought there was no way they'd leave lower tier books dead in the water, I let them take my thousands. In an entire year, I sold zero books with these people - not even $20 or a single sale. I have gotten zero monetary value from doing business with them, in fact I have gotten negative value. They were too lazy to even submit a report for $0, so I was confused for a long time as to why I wasn't getting paid whatsoever. Therefore, their website is likely dead with few users. I confirmed this by plugging their URL into a traffic checker. Different checkers gave me 0, 240, 8 as the estimated users going to their bookstore. So their online bookstore is a total front. So their entire revenue stream is likely from swindling people. Their source of revenue is probably your initial signing fee, not book sales. I don't know for sure but that appears to be the case. They didn't care to make things right or salve my author wounds they've inflicted, which is a signal of their guilt. Look at Trustpilot and go past the exaggerated 5-star gloating and get to the real stuff at the 1star reviews. These people went through the exact same humiliation process I have, with zero reports or sales, paltry communication from the Liferich team.

If I get a total and full refund, I will delete this review.

LF managers and team members were quick to respond and return my phone calls. The editing staff was super diligent and careful to catch errors, ask questions in a professional tone to polish and properly present my nonfiction.

I received friendly and professional service. All my queries were answered promptly. I feel more information could have been given regarding extra costs for marketing, book pricing etc. this information was given much later in the process which caused some disappointment.

I am 85 years old and a first time book writer. The staff at LifeRich was always patient and understood my limitations. I thanked them in my acknowledgements.

My first venture into writing and publishing was a little rough. Communication regarding the illustrations lacked understanding which I attribute to using illustrators located out of the US. I am happy with the two books that were published, I am not pleased with the cost and the result of the marketing and promotion. The plan is merely a template with your information dropped in and at an expensive price. I found the book fair another costly event. with little to no positive results except to give the books away. There must be some way for LifeRich to promote their published books as other publishing companies do.

LifeRich Publishing is a first rate, professional publishing company; I have nothing but great things to say about each and every member of their team! They did a very good job of guiding me through the complicated process of editing and getting the final draft of my book into print. I would recommend their services to any first-time author or to someone who has written several books. My book is now in the process of being promoted by their experienced and very knowledgeable staff. Thank you LifeRich!!!

Coordination with LifeRich was easy. The finish and quality was very good

I doubt highly anyone there actually read my book. I got no feedback on content. I would guess that self-publishing works this way: the more money you are willing to pump into getting your work exposed, the more it will, regardless of content. All promotion was left in my lap. The price tag appears to be due to the connections with a printer and venues that will carry the title, like Amazon and/or Barnes & Noble, nothing more outside of some potentially helpful hints concerning self-promotion. This may be a sound business model for turning fiscal profit, but as far as making a genuine impact in the literary world that can positively aid a potential reader, I see it as a failure, given that quality of textual content has absolutely nothing to do with the publisher's efforts (again, given that no one probably even read it at LifeRich).

Everyone that has had anything to do with the publishing of my book has been very professional and made me feel at ease. Even though the topic of my book was somewhat hard, they made the process easy.

I would also like to mention several individuals who have represented Liferich well and who have gone above and beyond to assist the writer. First of all, Eric Schroeder does a magnificent job as a publishing consultant; I selected Liferich because of his enthusiasm, knowledge, and willingness to answer my questions. His assurance that your company is dependable convinced me to go with Liferich. Most importantly, he is positive and personable. Denise Jeffries also deserves commendation for her efficiency, promptness, and positive spirit. I could always expect to hear back from her after I had asked for assistance. Likewise, Ashley Marzon was prompt and provided great assistance through the early stages. I don't know the names of the design team or the formatters, but they did a great job responding to my ideas for the cover and the inside. Finally, Tiffany Taylor has been wonderful regarding printing information and orders. On a side note, I have been bombarded with other marketers and publishers who are only interested in selling services and making money, which I find very annoying. In closing, I appreciate your assisting me in "telling my dad's story." It has touched innumerable lives, with many, even adult men, sharing that they shed tears. Therefore, I am working now at marketing myself. Much more difficult than the writing! Thank you, thank you!!
