I'm writing as a Liferich published author. It is now nearly seven full months since my publication date and I know absolutely nothing about sales, except the paltry sales by Liferich. I have never received a check or any information from the companies they link with. Now it's impossible to talk to anyone. I reread documentation and learned that sales reports should be monthly, and checks sent approximately one month after a completed quarter. My first full quarter ended on Sept 30. I have no information of what happened during that time. I know from the Amazon Rating that the book has sold some copies and it is holding forth with at least some sales.

Life Rich Publishing has been helpful in getting my fourth book self published. They were timely with everything.

My experience with LifeRich Publishing was a good experience for me as a first time author. I realize that the pandemic caused some of the issues of concern to me - such as lengthy response time to answer questions or to keep me informed regarding the progress of the process.

The completed hardback copy was not completed as indicated during the editing. However, I would use LifeRich Publishing again, and I would recommend them to others.

This service was fast, after I completed the initial requirements and submitted my manuscript I was contacted by each division person and directed through the process. My book was in my hands much quicker than I expected.

They were very pleasant to work with, and very clear about the process!

There were a few obstacles along the way to final product. Mostly delays in when certain steps on the timeline would be completed. It was difficult to stay in contact with my coordinator. Unreturned emails, phone call messages, etc. Also, there was a lack of communication as to the timeline for when the book would go live. The only way I found out was that a literary agent called from Pennsylvania and when I asked him how he found out about the book, he told me he saw it on Amazon. It would have been nice if I’d been notified beforehand so I could be more prepared. .
However, once I made contact with my marketing rep, all went well. He took me under his wing and made sure every concern was addressed. He worked hard and successfully to keep me sane. And the final product far exceeded my hopes and expectations. I’m incredibly pleased with the book. It’s beautiful. The editing is amazing. I couldn’t be happier.

As a first-time author I really appreciate how they kept me on task and helped me navigate through the process. Great group. Really felt the support of a team behind me in this special endeavor.

Got my cup of hot cocoa, and snuggled in to read my sisters book 'Mr Snows Magical Christmas' .Though the sun's shining here and its about 65 outside, I was in a winter storyland. Now, I'm more of a magazine person but a good book that catches my interest from the git go is a winner , and this truly is a good read.great job sis!!! And all my Grandchildren will love it too!Cant wait for the next one❤

My experience was okay. I had to really stay on top of the processes with many emails , especially for the video. The processes took much longer than expected.

I was very pleased with my experience with LifeRich publishers. I will use them for my next book as well.

I felt as though they dropped everything else to attend to my book. The people I spoke to or emailed seemed familiar with my manuscript enabling communication to be professional. They did an awesome job on the cover copy and the inside. Makes me look more impressive than I am.

I thought my author copies of the published book would be automatically sent which caused a delay. This was completely unimportant to me, but it happened. I can't find anything else to gripe about.

My author's rep. lost files, and I had to submit the same photos/documents more than five times. Questions were seldom addressed completely. She never answered her telephone extension and her answers when provided by email were oftentimes incomplete. It was a very frustrating experience, and one I hope to NEVER have again with any publishing company.

I actually give them zero stars. I have had nothing but difficulties with this company. I have had extremely little contact with any of the supposed counselors. In fact, I have only spoken on the phone to the person who was supposed to be helping me one time and this has been going on now for probably five months. They never never answer their phone calls and seldom emailed me. When I gave them corrections, they didn’t pay any attention to what I said they just did what they wanted to do. After months of pure frustration, finally I was sent a proof. This proof was close to what I needed but still was full of mistakes. I try again to correct their mistakes. They told via an email that I had to pay $100 if I wanted to make more corrections. I told them I’d like to have all my money back. I felt that I had been scammed.

I just received my order of 75 soft cover books. I am so disappointed in the lack of quality paper and print! The print bleeds through to the opposite side of page as does the illustrations. It is very distracting to have the print all over the illustrations! I have seen acceptable variances in different printers they have used, but nothing as unacceptable as this! However, I am told they feel it is acceptable and will do nothing to amend this situation. They have their money! I am ashamed to sell my books as is and have had to cancel all upcoming book events and presentations.

LIFERICH CAME TO THE RESCUE OF WHISTLE THE CAT AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF AIR-LIFTING HIM OUT OF THE JUNGLE OF PUBLISHING CONFUSION. WHISTLE GIVES THEM 5 PURR'S FOR A GREAT JOB.

LifeRich staff guided me through the process of formatting my manuscript, cover design, and on to marketing. At all stages there was the opportunity to approve or disapprove what they had done. Since this was my first experience getting a book published, their guidance was much appreciated.

Thank you to be a great person. Nevertheless, the communication is regular with the customers. They do not fully meet. Example: In my first order as the author I was supposed to get a hardcover book and it didn't. I contacted the books coordinate and the answer was not correct. AAt this day I don't receive it. This is the ost that should need to change!

Sarah Turner was great to work with. However, I had a problem because the art department did not read the story (or the Bible) to understand the plot of the main character, Ruth of the Bible, before doing the artwork. Also Getty pictures are not the best pictures to use for the cover of Middle Eastern women. I also feel they did not keep in contact with the author on a timely basis. Weeks would pass before a question was finally answered.
