Unhappy customer
We were told by our agent, Travis at 626-737-3481, that he would get us a partial refund to cover the cost of the blue small filter tank that we had to have replaced - about $200. We sent him the plumber's receipt. Our smaller tank failed to filter properly after only four years. We had the five year warranty paperwork, but were told it didn't convey to us, the new owners of the house. The water was so bad we ended up having to replace two shower heads and the faucet set in two bathrooms because the insides were so corroded. I sent him pictures of the "sand" looking particles that kept clogging up the filters until the new unit was installed. The water spotting was beyond terrible. It has been months of phone messages, and he will not call me back. If he is no longer with the company, he should have passed our file on to someone else.

Good company. Just need to identify themselves as a water conditioner and not a water softener company. Calcium still exists with this technology.

Works Ok, Very Expensive
Two years ago, we had the Elite 1620s system installed with the ApaPure12 disinfectant and was over $6,000. We didn't get the ScaleSolver, because it was another $3,000, plus it needs to be replaced every 5 years. Plus, the ApaPure12 disinfectant needs to be replaced every 2 years currently at $950. The system seems to work ok but still has hard water and the system is super expensive. Plus, our representative won't budge on the price at all. When the warranty is up, we will definitely look for a different system at a much lower price to replace this one

Very disappointed with the white scale spots and build up and streaking on dishes
Very disappointed with the white sentiment left in glasses full of drinking water. Dishes are very streaked and look nasty. We specifically went with black faucets because we were told no scale build up… WRONG scale build up on al faucets and refrigerator where the water and ice come out. I specifically asked about streaking on dishes and was told that it doesn’t happen. Lots of money wasted. Would have done something different.

System performs well
Our LifeSource system continues to perform well. The installation for the 5 year Scale Filter was completed efficiently. The only concern we have is with the time that was set up for the system to cycle through. I don’t know how to change the time.

I've had lifeSource water for about 6…
I've had lifeSource water for about 6 years now, I can say the water is good, not great. I still find myself going to the fridge to the filtered water rather than the tap. I'm very picky when it comes to water taste. I drink a lot more when its good, I use to have another water company and think their filters may have made the water taste better because I would drink the water from the tap. Not sure why but that's the truth.
