The Ultimate Package ScaleSolver DOES…
The Ultimate Package ScaleSolver DOES NOT WORK. If you have hard water hold these aholes repsonsible as they are fraudulently advertising that it removes hard water on their webiste. I have hard water from 300-425 and the company does nothing to resolve it. They ignore it and tell me I dont understand the technology. lmao. I just filed a BBB complain and will be persuing legal avenues for a class action for:
*False and misleading advertising
*Violation of state Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices
*Breach of express and implied warranties
We have very hard water here and this system DOES NOT TREAT IT!!!!

The LifeSource Water System is a salt-free water conditioning system, not a traditional salt water softener. As clearly stated in our product literature, website, and installation documentation, the system is designed to reduce scale buildup and condition water, not remove hardness minerals or lower parts-per-million (PPM) hardness readings.
Hardness levels will remain measurable after installation, as calcium and magnesium are not removed from the water. Instead, the system alters the behavior of these minerals to help reduce scale formation in plumbing and appliances. Because of this, standard water hardness tests are not an accurate method for evaluating system performance.

Reliable Company
The technician showed up on time and explained what he would be doing. He explained that only one unit is being replaced and the other one still has another 4 years before being replaced. Did the work, explained a few things I had questions on and left me with a satisfactory feeling about have a LifeSource Water System.

We had an issue with our system which caused the a relief valve to allow water to continue dispersing, flooding our front lawn.
Technician didn’t arrive for a couple of days. Once he arrived he was able to determine that a gear hadn’t engaged causing the water to continue running. He was able to remedy the situation. He was courteous and professional
