Great customer service and great maintenance.

Good service

I couldn't live without LifeSource.
My skin and Hair feel so soft and smooth my hair is shiny. It's great tasting l to drink the water.

We have had Life Source for 23 years. It was the first investment we made in our new home. As a result we enjoy water that is good for drinking, bathing, and protects our plumbing and appliances.

Bad presentation/appearance, mumbled something (I only recognized word "source". Later said to turn on water a few minutes and left; didn't say why (which I figured out later-spitting)

Arrived on time, didn’t make a mess. Closed the gate, confirmed the water was back on and no air blocks, courteous & professional.

I was sold with the understanding that you never need to replace anything. So far, In 5 years I have needed (2 filters $600 each ) and also another part fot $1400. I think they may have misspoken when I paid $6000 for the whole system

Th service technician was very nice, very competent. He did a great job on installing the new scale solver.

Your installer was able to come early which fit better with my schedule and he was professional and efficient and very good at cleaning up the job site after completing the installation

We are not getting soft water and we are getting scaling. We called customer service twice and never received a call back.

Arrived on time. Didn't disrupt our schedule. Very knowledgeable.

The system is great. But I had to wait for it to be shipped to me and then the shipping dept messed up and only sent half of the system so I had to call and get straightened out and then had to wait again for the other part and ther still was a drain line missing so my plumber had to improvise a line and fittings to make the system work

Let me first state that the system does appear to work well, however, the company falsely states that theu are Maintenance Free and no filter changes.. Here is my letter to LifeSource...
Why do you have false advertising on your site? We have a LifeSource Whole house system we paid over $8000 for wuth the understanding of No Maintenance and fikter changes. Well, that was not true. $660+ for an ApaPure12 filter every 2 years and $1700+ for a sediment tank every 5 years. This statement us directly ftom your webpage...."Q3: What maintenance is required?

I plan on spreading this information anywhere I can. You are gouging your customers and your reps are lying to your customers. Maybe if the Apapure12 filter were a reasonable cost, I would not be so pissed. Maybe $100-$200 for a filter, but $660+ is truly ridiculous.

I was told by the salesman when I bought the system that in six years they will come and change the “filter” (not sure exactly the correct terminology for it) however they were supposed to notify me at six years to change the filter. Well, I called several times and they always told me that. Oh you’re too early will contact you and we’ll take care of it and they never did so I don’t trust them when I finally reach them and said it’s time for my new filter. They finally came out. Took two minutes. They didn’t even stop in and check with me or say is everything OK? How’s things running? I had questions to ask them but they didn’t so I’m I’m not sure about this company and I think I have hard water still and they need to come out and check it but they never asked. so disappointed.

Great company with excellent customer service. We bought the whole house system over 5 years ago and have never regretted it. Highly recommend this system if it’s within your budget.
