The delivery of the toothpaste and dispenser was very quick, and the packaging is beautiful. We're only a few days into using the toothpaste, and it's going great so far! The dispenser also pumps out just enough from one press, which is a great idea!

Very expensive, not sure why so pricey - could easily sell that much cheaper and make a profit. Toothpaste is nice.

I am a repeat customer and have been for a while, and wanted to take advantage of a free gift offer. However, this can’t be added to a subscription and so my repeat order was cancelled after back and forth emails. However one of my items was out of stock so this repeat customer has missed out completely.

It seems a subscription doesn’t get you anywhere.

Great toothpaste- and you need less of it

The toothpaste is lovely and fresh. Not over powering.
The pouches were a bit faffy to get into the pump. And they’re not as big as expected. Overall a good product but maybe a bit of work on the pouch and price

The toothpaste dispenser was easy to assemble and fill. It looks great and much neater than a tube. No more squeezed in the middle and lost lids.

This is a really great toothpaste; my teeth feel great and my dentist is happy with my teeth too. It’s also a great idea to prevent waste, and we love that we are doing our bit for the planet. HOWEVER, the pump on the glass bottle is a bit temperamental and sometimes just gives up, so it has to be pulled back out and forced down again, making it very hard to get toothpaste out of it. Life Supplies should focus on making some tweaks to the bottle to make the experience a little easier. Will still be using it despite this flaw!!

I did the intial order for the offer which I saw on Instagram. It was the toothpaste refils x 2 a travel toothpaste tube, a tooth brush and the toothpaste bottle all for £22. I like the idea of no more plastic tubes and no more nasty chemicals in toothpaste. The bottle is great glass and metal, it is easy to use, pumps the toothpaste really well, giving perfect amount with each pump, you can also close it when not in use. The toothpaste is very very minty which is good its not over powering. It is clear in colour and non gritty. It doesn't froth as well as other toothpastes and took a little bit of getting used to at first but if you add water to the brush before the paste it helps it froth a bit better. Not as whitening as specific whitening toothpaate but pleasent to use. I will continue with it and see how it goes. Subscription was easy to set up and should be just as easy to cancel if I change my mind about the product. But so far I am pleased with it.

An excellent toothpaste; gente, non ebrasive and whitening. The refills are easy to dispense into the toothpaste bottle (the quiet design of which will fit into pretty much any bathroom decor) and obviously this teeth cleaning system is MUCH less wasteful in terms of packaging. In addition, there is now even a sensitive toothpaste offered as an alternative to the original formula. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

We have been looking for a viable alternative to the regular toothpastes, and this does it very well. Simple to refill, the bottle looks good, the toothpaste works really well, and it’s helping the environment. What more could I ask for. Quick delivery and responsible packaging was the cherry on the top.

The toothpaste is excellent and using a bottle for life and not adding tubes to the landfill is the right thing to do.

Product is just as described and the environmentally friendly aspect is a winner.

I bought soap dispensers for my church bathrooms and the paint peeled off them; when I sent them back my complaint has been ignored and when I chased, I still have had no response. Bad customer service and product, won't be using again.

Really poor customer service. I tried the samples but didn't enjoy the toothpaste then was billed for a monthly subscription with no notification before billing. I immediately emailed and sent 3 emails requesting to cancel the order. Eventually messaging instagram I got a response saying to reject the delivery but I had already received it in this time and now they say they cannot take a return. Frustrating and disappointing to feel stuck having a bill and a product which I don't like.

I really liked the idea of refill toothpaste and the glass/metal dispenser is great. However the toothpaste just isn't good enough for us. Teeth didn't feel as clean as usual so sadly I won't be using anymore. I don't mind it being more expensive if it does a good job but it just doesn't.

It's a great toothpaste! It tastes nice and minty in a natural way and although I thought I had slightly sensitive teeth, it seems to have improved since using this toothpaste - at least in my personal opinion it has anyway.
