It wasn't enough for them to use quality materials and design, the multiple fit selection small, regular and large takes these hats to a new level for anyone that cares about how they look in a hat.
As for customer support their no hassle, no cost cost size exchanges makes the decision a no-brainer. TRY THEM!

SO excited to have a baseball cap that actually fits my small head. No more crumpled material inthe back from trying to adjust it to the right size! The colors are amazing, the quality is outstanding and the customer service is very responsive. I totally recommend Lift Down!

Although this company makes quality hats their return policy is very lacking. Sometime styles just don't work out for people and the customer is penalized because they have to return (they have a very steep return fee $$$) Also, the returns page is difficult to find on their website. I ended up having to email them to figure it out. I think this is done on purpose and I don't like being manipulated. SO, buyer beware.

I never received my order. I am unable to get any response from the company or delivery service.

I have a super small head and can NEVER find hats that fit me. My ears always stick out and I can never fill the actual hat with my head. Children's hats always have a brim that is way too small on an adult's head so they never worked. I finally found a hat that actually fits and I can wear without feeling uncomfortable!! I need these in all the colors!

I recently purchased a lift down hat which ended up being too large. As I am an international customer (Aus) the US shipping/import fees made it too expensive to return. I thought I had wasted my money. The customer service however as Lift Down was 2nd to none, and they offered me a reduced price hat in my size due to this. I couldn't be happier with the service or the hat

Inconsistent sizing, disappointing considering huge mark up on these hats.
I just received two size small hats in different colours. One hat fits well but the other hat is extremely tight. Can't believe I paid over $40 AUD for each hat!

A great fitting cap. Very Comfortable to wear all day long. Good selection of colors to chose from. I will be buying more. Shipping was quick and well packaged.

Average quality. Very flimsy. Looks the same as the ones on Temu that are 1/4 of the price. Not great value at all.
Hat was delivered in a flimsy unbranded plastic bag with no protective packaging and no tags etc.
Website shows returns address as US however item was obviously drop shipped from China.

I had a problem with my order - it supposedly was delivered to my building, but the staff had no record of it (they are required to log in all packages). Lift Down resent my order which I received in just a couple of days. I love my Lift Down wool caps!

SPEEDY shipping and the hat is very well made. With good stitching. The material is excellent quality and they have lots of colors and friendly folks on staff. But best of all, right out of the box, it fit!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND liftdown.com.

The products I ordered were of the level of quality and fit that met my expectations based solely on what I saw and read online. That is where my online ordering experience too often leaves something to be desired. I could not ask for more in that regard. The customer service and support far exceeded my expectations when it came to resolving a complex logistical issue with the delivery. In my experience, that is where most companies fail and end up exacerbating a problem rather than solving it and creating a painful experience as a result. I have the product I wanted and could not be happier with the solution they provided. More companies could learn from how this was handled and have more satisfied customers as a result, in my opinion.

Marielle and the best customer service I have ever had made my purchase a great experience! She was so responsive and knew just what I needed and came through with flying colors.
