Millie Moreton was an absolute superstar, I rang needing a lot of help and guidance with regards a product and she took the time to help me build a fit for purpose quote and package, the aftersales was excellent too! good consistent communications, all round fantastic experience! Millie is a credit to the team!

While LES provided good advice and the selected items were despatched quickly the igoods were delayed in the couriers local distribution centre for 5 days (including a weekend). A poor delivery service considering the costs incurred.

LES are genuinely one of the easiest companies that I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Other companies could learn a lot from them.

There was no issue with the company direct, there was an issue with the delivery. The delivery address on the package was correct but presume the delivery company saw the business name on it & decided to try to deliver it to the business premises rather than the actual address on it & there was nobody there to sign for it. Meaning we had to go to collect it from them to be able to receive it

We recently ordered a large fork lift Jib from LES which was sent to us direct from the manufacturers.
Unfortunately the Jib arrived on a pallet which had clearly been damaged during transportation and the Jib arrived minus locking pins.
I spoke with Millie in sales to explain the issue and the matter was dealt with quickly and efficiently and replacement pins were on their way from the manufacturer.
It's so nice that when an issue occurs that it is sorted out in a quick and efficient manner.

I ordered a Yale 1 Tonne electric hoist and needed next day delivery. After initially being told that Yale would take 2 to 3 days to sort, LES sales executive, Millie Moreton, put in a next day request to Yale, who kindly built and dispatched the hoist double quick, and we received it the following day.
