I was looking for a lifting device to lift 3×2 paving slabs, LES came up in my google search. They had the best price. Even though it said 2 to 3 days delivery it was delivered the next day. Brilliant service brilliant device. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Customer Service and Fast Delivery
I placed an order with Lifting Equipment Store on 21/07/26 and was delighted to receive it promptly on 22/07/26. Throughout the process, Sarah Welsh kept me updated on the progress of my order, which was very helpful, and she also provided the FedEx tracking information.
When the delivery arrived, one item appeared to be missing. However, after contacting customer service, Louise Hammond quickly cleared up the confusion and confirmed that the items had been shipped separately but were both scheduled to arrive on the same day. Within the hour, the remaining item arrived.
A great company with fantastic customer service and excellent communication. I would highly recommend Lifting Equipment Store and will definitely be using them again in the near future.

Very suprised with the delivery…
Very suprised with the delivery service. I didn't expect to receive the product so quickly. The chain sling i ordered is very heavy duty and really lives up to the specification. I could have possibly purchased this slightly cheaper elsewhere but this business is very reputable, therefore I proceeded with LES.
