Don’t know why they are called liftsandgravy when I ordered from NorthernGymEquipment but anyway.. first time order and everything was fine! The flat bench is perfect size and the price was fantastic.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, do not buy from this business.

I ordered x2 kettlebells with Northern Gym Equipment. They arrived in reasonable time but were scuffed and damaged. I immediately emailed with pictures suggesting either a partial refund or for me to return the kettlebells. The response was somewhat tardy although pleasant enough and they agreed that it wasn’t a great customer experience and offered a partial refund which I was happy with and agreed to.
Since then, nothing. No refund, and no further comms despite me emailing a further four times at this point seeking clarification. This is coming up to 4 weeks since the initial purchase as I write this.
I would like to point out that I am not a bad review guy, and I feel I was super reasonable right up until the last email I sent but quite frankly, this takes the you know what…
Horrendous customer service and the kettlebells weren’t amazing quality either, they were rough and not stable enough on the ground for pushups for example. I have since seen that plenty of other people have had a similar experience. Go elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company, they are scammers. Bought a product in November when at checkout was said to be delivered in 5 days. Haven’t received item and requested refund. The only reply I had was to say I was on preorder and wouldn’t be delivered until next year, which was not what I purchased and have mailed 10Plus times since then asking for a refund and no reply . Terrible customer service, should not be business.

Where is my order?

I was very pleased with an order a few months ago and decided to return to Northern Gym Equipment to level up (2 x16kg kettlebells). I ordered these on 1 Dec and the dispatch came through on the same day.

However, since 1 Dec, there's not been any update on the DPD tracking numbers for them and I've not received a response via their own contact form, email or on social media.

I'm worried that due to other comments and reviews that I will never receive this order. I would recommend the products but the service has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Missing order - 1 MONTH STILL NOTHING

Missing order - NEARLY A MONTH!!!
I placed an order on 19th November, and to date, the order has still not been received.

A few days after placing the order, I received confirmation from Evri stating they were waiting to receive the parcel. Shortly after, I received another update saying the delivery was on its way, only to be informed a few days later that the parcel could not be delivered.

After chasing Evri numerous times, I was advised to contact the seller directly. I reached out to Northern Gym Equipment on 29th November regarding my missing order. They eventually responded on 2nd December, apologised, and asked whether I wanted the items resent or a refund. I confirmed that I wanted the items resent.

Since then, there has been complete silence.

I followed up again on 6th December, asking for confirmation that the items had been resent, as this was meant to be a birthday present. I received no response. I have since followed up three more times, attempted to contact them via Instagram, and have been completely ignored.

At this point, I have paid for a large order, received nothing, and have had no communication or resolution from the seller.

Extremely disappointing service. Still waiting for either my order or a refund.

Would avoid!

I cannot fault the speed at which part of my order was dispatched, and one item did arrive via DPD. However, I am still missing another item from the same order, which was placed on 28 November, and I have received no communication for nearly two weeks.
Part of my order was sent with Evri, who have stated that the parcel was too large for them to deliver. When I checked the tracking, it has been showing as “being returned to sender” for the last 10 days. I contacted Evri, who advised me to contact the sender instead.
This is where the real frustration begins. I have tried contacting the company multiple times via their online chat, which has now conveniently disappeared from their website. I have also sent an email directly and received no response to either attempt. Customer service appears to be completely non existent.
Like many others, I am extremely unhappy, especially as this item was intended to be a Christmas present. I have also noticed the company appears to have been renamed on Trustpilot, which raises further concerns. Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this company at all.

my order is extremely late with no communication or update. I’ve emailed multiple emails multiple times, private messaged on social media, and commented on posts. And nobody will respond. Disgusting way to treat customers spending especially just before Christmas. Disgraceful customer service
