The customers service was fantastic
The customers service was fantastic! I followed their online prompts for trouble shooting because I was having a problem with one of my light strings. Then after that didn’t work, I filled out the faulty part form online and they responded within a day and sent me a 4 pack of new strings!!
Another bonus was that my lights were for a Harry Potter Lego set I had ordered so they responded to my email with a custom Harry Potter themed response!
It was awesome to see!

Great shopping experience
I have yet to build it because my Lego is not built yet. Speaking from ordering experience. It is great, seamless transaction, great communication on shipping status and goods were packaged very well.

Looks good but.
The parts are just too small and brittle. really hard to plug in the parts. the instructions are good but even then its hard. looks terrific thought.

I ordered a large number of components and kits (3rd time happily ordering from them), LMB was super fast on shipping them out! Had an issue with a slightly loose lightsaber and a plug on a micro bit light (which was the 1st time I experienced an issue and a small issue at that!), let them know, fast response from them and 2 days later replacements were delivered. Great service, awesome customer service! 🔥 Super cool product additions to my sets and minifigures, I will keep ordering and highly recommend their components and kits to any LEGO fan 🤘

Excellent customer service!
I received my order and I had issues with a few components. The customer service is absolutely remarkable.. they helped me troubleshoot and once they had determined what the issue was they even sent replacements on components for free! Their prompt response and care in your experience with their products is what makes me confident in purchasing from them again when I need lighting for my model kits. Highly recommended.

That we outfit a champion car with lights…
That we could outfit a car with lights was great. The only thing I wished could have been better is the power source ; short wire and hard to hide power source if being displayed.
Otherwise would like to see more champions cars outfitted with lights.

Wow! Exceptional support.
After using light kits from other companies, I decided to give Light My Bricks a try. Although a little pricier it quickly became obvious why. The parts are better quality and the way they conceal the wires in the build in my Rivendell set is great. Now the reason for 5 stars. Although I have experience with light kits, that didn't stop me from making a mistake and damaging a part. I emailed customer support on a Saturday afternoon and received a response within 45mins, not the following Monday. I was asked to supply a picture of the part and my order number. In no time I received another email with a tracking number for the replacement part. Understand, Light My Bricks is not a cheap lighting alternative, but the product and exceptional customer service has convinced me of their worth.
