Light My Bricks AU Opiniones

Mis read the web page and showed up at their store :(
Spoke to you there and you were super helpful to me and my son. We ordered the light kit he was after then and there and within 5 mins of showing you the order, we had the order. Thank you for your understanding. A reminder to all, this is a web store.

Didn’t have to wait long for items very good service thank you and I will be in touch in the new year

Second time I've purchased from this company. Shipping time is incredibly fast, packaging is great, lights always work beautifully, love the link to the youtube clip for the diy lights this time.

The process was straightforward and easy. Items ordered arrived well packed and in the promised time frame. Well done.

This was a Christmas present and the receiver was very happy with it.
Thankyou for great communication and support.
Will buy again from you.
Happy New Year!

Great kit. Makes the lego pop nicely.
Not clear on age suitability though highly recommended.

Awesome products, and easy to use website.

I have tried lights from the other three brands and to be honest I don’t like the trailing wires that are visible. I tried this brand and I am very pleased with all the purchases I have had. The wires are stronger and you can see they have took time and passion to make these products from packaging down to instructions both after Lego is made or while your making the Lego. Only had one issue a light was missing but within 24 hours I had a pack delivered and installed.
When i buy lights or my lego it will be lightmybricks.

The kit for the Gingerbread AT-AT is a winner. Easy to assemble post build and looks great.

Every transaction is always perfect thank you

Quick despatch and shipping. Great easy to understand instructions and the sets look great!

Exceptional service and resolution to a delivery issue where my parcel was deemed ‘Lost in Transit’. Couldn't have done anymore to provide a quick resolution.

The Christmas tree lights are brilliant, it really completes the display.

However the instructions are a touch difficult to read due to the various different strings.

Otherwise beautiful set and almost essential.

The website is easy to use. Great lighting kits and amazingly fast delivery to NZ. The 2.0 system is brilliant with the cables going under the bricks so snugly.

Fast postage. Great light kits. Highly recommended

They are marketing something that doesn’t clearly instruct how to implement the product to the point it’s destroying the components I have when trying to install. Even the chatbot and agents support very poor and they are not clearly instructing the user how to implement it. I currently have an unresolved case that took over two weeks to get support and the agent has disappeared again after giving vague support that resulted in one of my components burning out. I’ve asked so many clarifying questions and just not getting responses it’s at an unbelievable stage.

Ordering was easy. Parcel arrived quickly. Great service

I think prices are too high. Why i use Light my bricks when i can , dont think im getting value for money

Made our leggo build 100% more appealing to the eye

Great customer service and a great product
