Concerns over preventions for fraudulant ordering >

Easy to find the right set of binoculars for me and easy to oder,BUT concerned that "atuo-fill"* of card details & addressm *as may leave the door open for fraudulant use, as no r text & code confuirmation not offered. Other wide buting and promt delivery process good and am happy with the product . However ,duu to the concerns raised , I would be reluctant to order more goods from LiGo ; Graeme Huggan

We also appreciate you raising your concerns around the checkout experience. Just to clarify, the “auto-fill” you mentioned is part of Shop Pay, which is a secure, third-party checkout used by many major retailers. Shop Pay stores your details in an encrypted format and may offer additional verification steps depending on the transaction, device, or risk signals. We don’t have access to your full card details at any point.

That said, your feedback is genuinely helpful. We understand how important it is to feel fully confident when placing an order, and we’ll take this on board as we review how we communicate payment security during checkout. Depending on preference, we also offer alternative payment methods including Apple Pay, credit or debit card, and PayPal.

Not good

Not good , bought from these just under a year ago , contacted them yesterday , told me to go direct to SMEG , I paid these for the item not SMEG , in my head 🤷🏼‍♂️ the company who took my money should sort it out, Not a third party, I’d never buy from these again !!

I recently ordered a handset and…

I recently ordered a handset and answering base, but unfortunately one handset was missing when the package arrived. I contacted customer service straight away, and they handled the issue quickly and professionally. They arranged a collection and offered a replacement with a different brand since the original was out of stock, along with a refund for the price difference.

Communication was excellent throughout—responses to emails were prompt, and Lewis, who I spoke to on the phone, was especially helpful and pleasant to deal with. Everything they promised was delivered within a very short time. Overall, great customer service despite the initial issue.

Generally excellent experience

Generally excellent experience - only let down slightly by delayed delivery (possibly due to the courier). I'd never come across these people but I was looking for a replacement multi-handset phone system and they had a Panasonic product which seemed to fit the bill and was reasonably priced. Ordering was quick and painless and the product was despatched rapidly with a next working day delivery. Updates and communications were all positive but the courier actually only delivered it in two days. Not a big deal, but not as they had led me to expect. The product is great and I bought one of their own range extenders which is just the job too. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use them again but probably wouldn't pay for expedited delivery.

I found liGo very helpful in helping me decide which phone to buy. They answered my questions very quickly via email. I have used logo many times and I would certainly recommend them.

phone works well enough, but the packaging was dire, the contents spilled out of the box into the bag and could have been damaged in transit.

Bt phone was difficult to set up and…

Bt phone was difficult to set up and lacked some features Eg ability to have more than 1 number for each entry in the address book. Instructions not easy to follow and no means of returning old phones for disposal. I was told to rake them to Curry’s - how is driving 10 miles good for the environment?

They had the BT cordless phones we wanted at a good price. Reviews regarding the company were favourable. Goods arrived on time and well packaged. Support for setting the phones up using a broadband router also provided. Great customer service.

Dualit Architect kettle and toaster set.

I had never heard of LiGo company before so did some research, read reviews etc.
In light of so many excellent reviews, I placed an order for Dualit Architect kettle and toaster set. The price was excellent and delivery was super fast. Very pleased and would recommend this company.

Great supplier
