I had never heard of LiGo but, after ordering a BT phone with 5 handsets, I was completely satisfied with the whole process from ordering to delivery. Connecting the equipment was easy thanks to helpful diagrams.

Good service. Dropped a star as sale price disappeared mid transaction. Need to give clear timeframe for sale price.

With anxiety I received the Craghopper at the last minute before I had to travel. It's a very sturdy bag, with a hard and stiff pad. The actual fabric durable butquite coarse. It is not what I expected from images and description. Not exactly an "elegant" rucksack for the price.

We ordered a Magic Keyboard and Pencil for my daughter's new Apple iPad Air M3 in January. She needed an additional case to provide protection for her iPad, when using it for drawing as she prefers to draw with the iPad flat or at a limit up to a 30 degree angle.

The Apple Magic Keyboard doesn't facilitate this.

She loves the quality, style and design of the Pitaka case in white, which she views as clean and stylish, whilst providing an excellent level of protection.

Whilst not a cheap option for an additional case, she loves the quality finish and design.

I bought a pair of binoculars that were great, but after walking for 3 miles found them a bit too heavy for me.
I contacted customer services at LiGo and explained and they immediately, and without any quibbles, agreed a return and swap for an alternative, smaller (cheaper with refund) pair.

Speedy order delivery. Knowledgeable staff on phone. Prices competitive. I am a repeat customer of this business. Recommend

Still not received my order after 2 weeks. Emailed no response. 3 phone calls and still no update on when I will receive my order.

Quick and reliable ordering and delivery. My one criticism was that for one order, I received six emails.

Three from ligo and three from royal mail. Two would probably have been sufficient.

Ordered a pair of Walkie Talkies from them. After a few months they became faulty. Ligo responded to me quickly and replaced the battery which unfortunately did not resolve the issue. They requested the units back to be tested after which they offered me a refund or a different model. Easy to call them and speak to someone. They also respond to emails quickly and genuinely try their best to help you out.

This is our Second purchase.
