Absolutely beautiful hair. This was my second time ordering from them, the first time I ordered a u part wig in my natural ginger color. Thick and beautiful. This time I wanted a full lace front and went for a beautiful blonde. So natural looking, full, hair quality is top tier and gorgeous. I was initially worried about the color but it turned out beautiful. I will order from again!! Buy from Lilly, they also have really fast shipping from UK to US

Love the ombré colour combination and quality of these Hair. They are 100% real hair and the best I have ran across in a decade or longer. I have used them daily for over 3 months now but they are still very good.

The most beautiful wig. I have only recently started wearing wigs and only own this one and one other. The one I bought was from Lilys Hair is by far my favourite, it is just perfect. The colour is gorgeous, the quality of the hair is amazing and the overall look of the wig is so natural. The lace melts into your skin so you don't see it, so many people are shocked when they find out that I wear a wig. I have now been using this wig for 3 months and would give it a 10/10. Will definitely be purchasing another one from them soon!!!

I’ve been a customer for 3 years ( this last unit is horrible ( the cap I ordered in a medium size) came so big 2 heads can fit in it!!!! Then they are refusing to correct problems! It cost 1200 which I’ve paid even more in the past but this unit failed to meet all expectations

I bought the Courtney wig online which is stunning by the way. I chose the option to pick up in store because I wanted it cut. I picked up from the store in Paisley. Customer service was great, they showed me how to put the wigs on and helped me to cut and install it. I highly recommend them.

As someone who has only recently been diagnosed with alopecia, I know first hand how difficult it can be to find the right wig! I now own two wigs from lillyshair and I couldn’t be happier! They look so natural and I actually had someone ask me where I got my hair done! Thank you so much :)

Ordered wig online, did not get delivered within specified time. I didn’t get any tracking information until I emailed requesting this, it then showed the wig being shipped after the time frame it should have been delivered. If you know what you want and wont need any customer service after your order then you will probably be okay. However, customer service is very poor. I booked an online consultation after I received the wig as I felt it may need altering as it was too big, I got no confirmation and no one called me at the booked time. I subsequently emailed about this and got no response at all. I then sent a separate email regarding the wig size and responses came at erratic times and were very delayed. This is incredibly stressful when ordering due to medical reasons and want reassurance, communication and the ability to contact the company to discuss issues. Also, tried contacting by phone. This was never answered and voicemail messages were not returned. Do not buy if you value customer service.

I’ve been buying from Lillyshair for years and their quality is constantly improving! The service is fast and excellent quality. Just bought the Iman unit and I’m in love with the realistic hairline and bleached knots, the colour is fab! Getting so many compliments with this unit and it has really increased my confidence

I had a very poor experience. Customer service was not quick to respond with tracking info. The hair quality is extremely poor, mattes and tangles easily and dry and brittle. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is a very poor quality product for the price.

Horrible experience I ordered a size xs I received a size medium..!! And they think I should pay for returning the wig ,which I live in the United States,,to Ship the item back it would cost me $250.00 US DOLLARS...GOING TO GO THRU PAYPAL DISPUTING....I ordered another one before I received the wrong size in the first wig!! That one has it even started tracking..watch out its a small business that can't even get the right size wig ordered...They will send out a different one...

I unfortunately have medical hair loss and a large forehead so most wigs don't fit me right. I actually flew down to glasgow to visit lilly's salon. Her and her staff were SO accomodating and professional. Unlike most places, she can customize the size and wig hair line. She had extra hair added to the front of my wigs to make sure it fit PERFECTLY. The hair quality was absolutely gorgeous too. I couldn't be happier.

I’ve had wigs from Edinburgh London but never had my wigs so real , I’m totally addicted to Lilly’s wigs especially the Courtney, my hair is growing but after the menapose my hair is not the same , just purchased one for through the day in holiday and one for night time , I can’t see me going back to my own hair for a long time, thanks Lilly
