I heard about Limitless just scrolling through LinkedIn towards the end of last year. I already had a broker, so when I decided to call Limitless I had no real intentions of using their service and just wanted to check I had a good deal with my broker at the time. Working for a company that has RSUs and bonuses, it’s always been complex when wanting that income included in your affordability. This was the USP of wanting to explore Limitless; that and the fantastic reviews. After my first conversation with Kim, I knew this was the way I wanted to go.

Kim was phenomenal throughout and checked in regularly to see how my house search was going. Months later, when I finally found a property, I emailed straight away to get an updated DIP and once my offer was accepted, the full application was submitted to the lender a few days later.

Kim and Stacey (and the rest of the team), then did a phenomenal job in securing a mortgage offer in a record breaking 9 working days. I couldn’t be happier with the service and attitude of Limitless. The secured rate isn’t too shabby either considering the craze that is interest rates!

Will definitely be reaching out to these superstars for my remortgage.

Cannot recommend Limitless enough especially Laurie and Stacey! We have been working with them for some time before we found our perfect property and every step of the way, they were on hand to give advice, support us and handle everything. Many people say that buying a first home and navigating the mortgage application can be stressful and I can honestly say that it hasn't been thanks to the support from Laurie and the team!

I have recommended them to pretty much everyone I know. Some highlights that made them stand out for us:
- Can handle complex cases and incomes
- Looked after everything for us; we barely had to lift a finger!
- Endeavoured to find us the best rate giving us advice on how to think about the different options before us and what that would look like short-term and long-term
- Dealt with us over the past year requesting many AIPs (sorry about that!)

Brilliant experience with Melvin and his team. They went above and beyond to solve a tricky mortgage situation we were dealing with. Melvin kept us updated regularly and always had clear communication. They had our best interest at heart and worked very quickly and efficiently until we got the outcome we were all happy with. Really pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend.

I chose Limitless Financial Services as a broker due to part of my compensation from work being in the form of bonuses/RSUs, they were easily able to find me a high street lender that would take them into account and found me a great deal.

When rates dropped a couple of weeks after my offer they were very proactive and also contacted the bank within hours to ask for the new lower rate.

Although arguably you can get the same deals by looking yourself, it does help having a mortgage consultant talk you through the details. Especially if you have RSU income like myself, most banks don’t deal with this. Many deals are also exclusively through brokers! Kim was fantastic to this end and fielded so many of our questions via calls and emails.

I thought Grace was also superb in sorting out all the admin and making the whole process so smooth. Literally sent us an email with everything they need, asked us a few follow ups and then next thing we know our mortgage has been approved! Massively saved us a lot of stress of dealing directly with the bank, filling our forms etc.

I will deffo use the company again when it comes to remortgaging and would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking to buy a house, especially first time buyers like us!

First mortgage in 2022 through Limitless, had a few hiccups along the way but it was circumstantial and things sorted out in the end, six months before my fixed rate ends I get a call from Limitless for remortgage and I decided to go with them thinking it would be less of paperwork.
However this time they took me for granted and there was a complete lack of transparency throughout the process.
I strongly suggest that when they quote the 'best rate' they should also mention the LTV in the same sentence so that the customer can make an informed decision.
1 week before my current deal ends I am having to look for another lender(courtesy Limitless)

Nico and the team were friendly and professional throughout.

Nico has good knowledge of tech company compensation structure (base + bonus + stock) and was able to effectively advise on lenders and their criteria based on this.

The application process was simple. Limitless completed a thorough check of all documents and evidence prior to submitting the application and asked for clarifications where necessary, ensuring a smooth application once submitted to the lender.

The team at Limitless were very professional throughout this process and made it all very straightforward. They communicated at every step and provided me with regular communications and updates at every step. Really nice team and i would definitely use them again.

This is the second mortgage I have taken out through limitless finance, they make a complicated and long process much easier with their expertise and attention to detail. They respond quick and thoroughly to ensure the mortgage is in place as quick as possible.

They are great! They have applied to mortgage for us and they were always show us interest and they did their job fast! If someone is looking for a mortgage advisor/ broker, defined recommend them.

I worked with with limitless and it was a really nice experience working them mainly because they were super fast in responding and answering your questions. This is my first morgage and it was so smoothly done , I just had to sit back and relax. I worked with agent Nicolas and he is very friendly and cooperative.
They did all the paperwork work and all for free. Highly recommended.
