The oil delivery was on time. I had asked for a text or email 1 day in advance of the delivery and this they did.

Good delivery time. Driver was helpful and friendly. Price was better than some other suppliers.

Delivered on Time and driver was efficient and carried out our instructions as we were not around at time. Good price too will definitely use again.

Quick and efficient service

Took a chance on Lincolnshire fuels after receiving a leaflet offering discounts in the post. The discount on this occasion made the cost for topping up my tank slightly less than boiler juice, so I figured it was a no brainier. Without the discount it would have cost more. In the end the discount was not worth it. I ordered 800 litres and left a note on the door asking not to wake me as I had been working nights. To their credit they did not wake me, delivered the fuel and left, but no paperwork was left in my postbox detailing the delivery. I checked the tank after waking up, noted that some fuel had been added to my tank, but that it was below where I had expected the line to be. A few days later I got an invoice from Lincolnshire fuels stating I had been delivered less than the ordered amount with no explanation provided initially as to why this was different from my order, and requesting payment for a different amount of money than I had already paid online. I had to query this and wait, whilst they realised that the delivery was incorrect, claiming the driver had run out of fuel on the date of delivery which I had never encountered before and seems ill organised at best, however I suspect I was delivered way less than quoted given the size of my tank and previous experience filling up with a different company. I asked for the remainder of the oil to be delivered, and they refused, stating a minimum of 500 litres had to be delivered and said this had to be dealt with by a partial refund, then asked for my bank details to achieve this. I explained that I was confident the figures were incorrect given my tank reading, and recommended looking into the driver in the event that they had previous form for fuel going missing etc, but passed over my details for the refund to be completed despite being annoyed about the whole situation. It has been several days and no response from the company regarding potential foul play, a blanket refusal to fulfil my order and the refund has not landed with me. Never using this company again and it is now evident why they needed to do the letter drop to get more customers on board with discounts. Stick with a reputable firm is the lesson I have learned this time around! I got an automated email from them asking me to complete this feedback, so please do not think I came here vindictively to leave this review as a disgruntled customer. Cheers!
