The plants arrived quickly and well…
The plants arrived quickly and well packaged. My only feedback would be to include the name of the plants, especially for a multipack native for example, and any care instructions. I wasn’t sure if I should unwrap the ends or whether they needed planting or would float. Having the names of the plant included or instructions would help.

Ordered early on a Thursday and arrived two days later on Saturday. Perfectly packed and really top-quality specimens. They were in their new home in the garden on the same day and I could not be more pleased. Exceptionally good value and I cannot recommend Lincolnshire Pond Plants highly enough.

1st ever pond!
I have never had a pond before and so was (and still am) a bit clueless. I sent several emails asking questions about what plants to buy and always received quick, helpful responses. The plants were beautifully packaged when they arrived.

Rubbish Customer Service
The plants arrived quickly in good condition although smaller than expected.
Lincolnshire Pond Plants customer service is non-existent. I requested some basic advice and help regarding pond plants but the company did not respond. I asked them again several days later but they couldn’t be bothered to reply.
They have now lost my custom; I will source future orders from other suppliers or buy locally
