We would like to clarify the facts regarding your order.
Your order was delivered successfully on 1 July, as agreed. Under our Terms and Conditions, and in accordance with the applicable regulations, you had the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason. This period therefore expired on 14 July.
Unfortunately, we did not receive any withdrawal request from you within this statutory period.
Furthermore, before placing your order, you expressly accepted our Terms and Conditions, which clearly explain the conditions and procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal, including the applicable deadlines.
We fully respect and comply with EU consumer protection legislation. However, the right of withdrawal must be exercised within the legally prescribed period. As no withdrawal request was received within that timeframe, we were unable to accept the return.
We will, of course, fully cooperate with the Lithuanian Consumer Rights Protection Authority and ECC-Net should they require any additional information, and we are confident that the matter will be assessed based on the applicable legislation and the documented facts.
