I have been using my Link for over 2 years. The software updates have taken care of the issues with battery life which I had early on. I like knowing how much activity my dog has each day. Also I have peace of mind about being able to track him if he gets lost.

I don't buy from companies that make me pay to return an unsatisfactory item if I can help it. Now that I know about your return policy I'll find somewhere else to make my purchases.

I like the system and it is less than half the price of the other ones I looked at. The support is great which made me decide to stay with the Link product. Nicole who took my calls was wonderful.

Though I can register my “pack” of 2 dogs I can only get feedback on one “adventure” at a time. The info I got was nothing more than a tracking line of my dog’s route. No mileage calculated. Not sure if I was doing everything right, I chatted with customer service who couldn’t answer and escalated to a higher tech level. They would be back in touch with me in 24-48 hours. That was over a week ago. No word. Sending units back

The battery doesn’t last as long as I thought it would. Sometimes I’m lucky if I can get 24 hrs out of it.

I purchased two collars as gifts. While I hope the collars work, your process is not set up for people wanting to purchase the collar system and pre-pay a subscription. I even called your help line and got no help. While I made the purchases, I had to write checks to the gift recipients to prepay the one year subscriptions. Delivery of the gift collars also did not occur on the forecasted date. Very disappointing experience.

Customer service was extremely helpful and kind. They stand behind their product and shipped me another tracker with no questions asked when I was having problems.

So far so good, just added 2nd dog and it’s easy to switch between them using one app.

While Link AKC's Service Rep devoted the time and resources our new system does not work Our Rep was great but we feel the unit is defective.

We are driving in the car. 9 mins ago it said she was away from me. Just now says she is near me. How accurate is that????

So far so good. I like the temperature monitor and light a lot. I do wish the dog could go a little further away from the base, but overall a great buy! Customer service is really good to work with.

When the link module went dead, I call customer service after hours and sent an email. The follow up to my email was fantastic and the assistance via telephone including follow was outstanding. Although my dog is a rescue, LinkAKC treated me like I was special and shared my concerns for location services required for my dog. I recommend strongly others get LinkAKC and avoid the 'wannabees'

Good quality - Wish they had more colors available for the sleeve - we were not totally thrilled with pink being the only option

I have been pretty amazed at how much more confident I feel when we are out with our pup.

It's another level of safety and the light and whistle effect seem to be effective. So far I am pretty impressed with the battery life. I only wish I had remembered to get the nylon collar to go with the sport.

This company who made LINK AKC, is amazing! My puppy managed to get a hold of the carrier sleeve for her collar (that’s what the GPS goes in), and she chewed off the metal loops. I emailed them, asking if it was possible for me to order just that piece because the gps was fine. They had me confirm my shipping address and sent a replacement sleeve free of charge!

As far the product goes, it is amazing. I can turn on the light at night on the gps, when I’m walking my dogs so that others can see us. I can click to play a sound on the collar, so I can easily find her when she’s close by. And I even get notifications when she is away from home without me. The only problem I seem to have with mine is, the battery life of the gps doesn’t always update like it should in the app.

We love love love our Link AKC tracker! We recently adopted a large breed dog and he is a runner, it is such a feeling of peace when I can see his location and know that he is safe. Thank you for making this amazing product!
