Great service in store and delivery. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Prices were very competitive and really liked the free delivery. A great experience all round and would highly recommend them.

We had a very positive experience at…
We had a very positive experience at Linthorpe beds .They showed exactly what we needed .We wanted a single bed with another one tucked away underneath for when grandchildren slept over .We were shown one which slides out on wheels a bit smaller than the top divan but same comfortable matress .The lads who brought it put it together and took everything away.They where very efficient and friendly and they showed me how to get the bottom bed out and put it up by myself which was easy .The service was 5 star from start to finish .I didnt review earlier as we had not used but two sleep overs later grandchildren cannot wait to come again.As they are 7 and 3 we pushed beds together and we shared the bed and pretended to camp out !!

Mattress Faulty
Our mattress arrived but you had to lay in the middle of the bed otherwise you rolled to the side.
Another mattress was brought in xchange but this Is no better.
Alot of money for a great mattress so we were told in store.
We felt very pressured to buy the mattress offering different discounts.
Sadly we won't be returning
Never had a response back from linthorpe beds, won't be sending anyone there

BRILLIANT SERVICE
I have always disliked buying a new bed, its a very personal thing but if you make a mistake you suffer for years with backache, neck pain etc. From walking into the store i was greeted by Paul, such a friendly personable guy who made me feel comfortable from the off. I already knew what i was looking for so that helped. Paul showed me the best choice of mattress which, i have to say, was exactly the quality i was looking for plus it was on sale which was a bonus. He then recommended bed bases and headboards with a choice of fabrics. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. I came away feeling so relieved that i had the perfect bed. Thank you very much Paul.
