Great Customer Service
I have Lipedema, which can make finding the correct size of garments challenging, especially after surgeries. I recently had an issue with one of the garments I had purchased from Lipoelastic, related to size and not quality. They responded to my issue immediately, and were very accommodating to ensure I got the appropriate garments and was satisfied with everything. Other companies don't allow you to return garments if they have been tried on, which is very expensive and frustrating when you need quality compression but have other factors that complicate finding a "traditional size" based upon a size chart. The garments I have used from this brand are very high quality from the stitching and construction to the comfort and ease of long wear. I will continue to purchase from this brand for their quality and exceptional customer service. These garments are expensive, but I consider them an investment that will hold up much longer than cheap alternatives.

Used measurement key but still too big
I used the measurement key to order but the size is way too big. I tried to reach out to get information on exchanging but haven’t heard back from the company nearly a week later. Disappointed I have leggings I can’t wear and can’t seem to return.

Wanted to love them but can't stand them
Hard to get on, slid like crazy with every movement, was tight but didn't feel like it was giving good compression. I wore it to gym and I tried wearing around house. Maybe I got sizing wrong but can't imagine going smaller would help but also if it slides this much with just walking a bigger size won't help. I have stage 3/4, and Sarah Whitlow loves these so much I had great hopes. I prefer skinnify resistance leggings which stay in place. These were awful and felt so thick. The chafing on my thighs from wearing them only one day was enough dir me.

Love the look of the pants and the material , but they get holes in the thighs after a few wears. At the high price I can’t afford buying new ones every few months.

Need full torso daily wear leggings
The quality of garments is great, but they don’t have leg garments that cover the full torso that don’t also have an open crotch. I really need daily wear leggings that will cover the full torso, as wearing pants and underwear over compression leggings feels icky. I hate the feeling of fabric rubbing against fabric on my legs.

They are not as compressed as I would have liked. They also slide off my butt and I'm constantly pulling them up. They are cute though

This is the only compression that did…
This is the only compression that did not make my skin feel like it was burning after surgery. It is very soft yet gives great support for swelling. Also at first I ordered the wrong size and the customer service team was so prompt in assisting me in exchanging it for the correct size before my lipedema surgery.

Great product, soft material!
I appreciate a lot the softness of the fabric and the pleasant compression. The seems are flat and soft. I am wearing the VD variant after liposuction, it's easy to wear it under the clothes. The hooks and eye closure is very useful after the lunch:) or dinner, because I can regulate the compression on the belly.

LIPOELASTIC products are amazing! The quality is top-notch, and the compression garments are really comfortable. They give great support for post-surgery recovery without feeling too tight. The fabric is breathable and feels good on the skin, even when wearing it all day.
