I was charged every other day and had requested cancellation !
Do not use this company !! Fraud

They should have a 0 star I canceled my subscription back in April was told in May that it was canceled and I would get a refund on my credit card with in 3 days since then there has been 3 charges to my card for 107.95 I have emailed them to get a reply that they received my request and they are looking into it and will get back to me so far they have not gotten back with me I have put in a dispute with my credit card company but since then there has been two more changes I dont know what to do next.

When initially purchased , I bought a 6 month supply of the product. I know I did not signup for a subscription . For the last 4 months, I’ve been requesting to cancel. Well,I have now received 3 shipments this month and now have 7 packets of product that I do not want or ordered. Customer service for lack of a better word sucks. I have requested address to return product and crickets. The price differs every month as well. Very dissatisfied and disappointing

Horrible company do not respond to any emails or phone calls they took two payments out of my account within a week after I received the first patches, have not responded to my emails or phone messages. Patches are fake.

They charged me for an order I did not place and the patches do not work!

This needs a NEGATIVE REVIEW of -100. This is a total SCAM Company. I so far have never received any product from them but have been charged over and over.

They are a scam. They have tried to take money out of my account everyday. I did a one time purchase. They made it an unauthorized subscription and keeps sending me patches. They didn't even work.

STOP. Do not order from this company. They won’t stop charging you for these patches that do not work. Impossible to get anyone one there customer service line, just via email. Rachel will tell you it’s been canceled, and with say she’s gonna give u a refund. Charged my account 3 days in a row for a years supply once I started to ask for a refund. Ended up having to close my checking account for the charges to finally stop. A total scam

I wish I could leave a negative review. I cancel all orders after my first order in March. Second showed up in April. Canceled all orders again. Fought with Lipovia for a month for my refund. Wrote a bad review. That got my refund. And it stated they cancelled my orders.
Then on May 8 & 10th was charged for 2 separate orders (60634 & 70678) that were supposed to be canceled. I have been emailing for almost a week and the only reply is “I’m sorry for the inconvenience. Your orders have been cancelled.” Which is what all the responses say.

Because of this unexpected charge. My bank has charged me with $35 for being overdrawn and will not return it or help with getting my money back even with proof.

Contacted BBB filed a complaint.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!! LIARS LIARS LIARS!!!!!! BEWARE !!!!! DO NOT DO IT!!!! I promise you will live to regret it. There needs to be a class action lawsuit brought up against this fraudulent company will be the only way of shutting them down when you have this many people with the same complaint about excessive charges zero communication no responding and feedback via phone calls emails or whatever form of communication that people are trying to use at some point someone needs to step in and shut them down from their ability to continue to steal the money from people. again, there needs to be a class action lawsuit brought up against these people and shut this fraudulent company down completely unacceptable that they are being allowed to conduct business with this many complaints from this mini different platforms. I was charged on three different occasions within less than a week for a subscription that I did not authorize did not approve and did not sign up for I now have PayPal my bank and the police and got after your first unauthorized charge. Get your bank involved immediately and shut it down. I can only hope and pray that this company gets exactly what they deserve, and it comes full circle back on them for all the money that they have stolen from people.

On April 26 I left a review for lipovia. Called them a scam operation and they replied they were not and I should write them and they would refund my money. Well, I wrote and they offered me 15% back and not return. Because a return would go to their Asia warehouse and I would have to pay, myself, for the return postage. I told them I would do that. Now they won’t answer and I have sent 3 more emails. Here is their reply: Hello,

Our return address is in our Asian warehouse and unfortunately, we're unable to cover return shipping costs. I understand how frustrating this can be so I spoke with my manager and asked if we could offer you a 15% refund for the product and he agreed.
Please let me know if this is something we could do for you. Otherwise, you can return it back to us for a full refund.
Today they just sent back the last email I sent with no reply on it it.

You have continued to send orders to me that I did not order and charge my debit bank card affecting my account . My bank notified me and blocked my there were several charge in a few days alarming my bank. I never ordered monthly patches and the patches don't work at all big fraud company and I have called the number several times and do not get an answer this company is horrible and they use several different names to scam your account. Rating is really a -10. All beware!

Everything that everyone else has experienced i have as well. Didn't know i had signed up for a subscription so I emailed them and At the end of March Got an email stating that my subscription was canceled and was told to email once i received the product to email and they would walk me through returning and refunding, never heard from them. I was charged $107.95 on May 8th and $107.95 on May 10th. Sent multiple emails including a record of the initial email i received with confirmation of the cancelation but even now no response.

This company is a total scam/fraud! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I ordered a starter pack. I did not sign up for a subscription. I received the first order. THEN, 2 weeks later on 5/8/2026 they charged my card 107.95 then charged me again on Sunday 5/10/2026 107.95. I emailed customer service and called(no answer of course) received a reply email that my “subscription” had been cancelled. I sent a reply requesting confirmation that are refunding the total of those 2 charges. Not only did I not receive confirmation of a refund, they then charged me 107.95 AGAIN, yesterday morning 5/12/2026. They will not answer any emails of phone calls. So they scammed me out of $323.85 from Friday 5/8/2026- 5/12/2026. There should be a class action lawsuit against them for fraud. This is not a legitimate business and they will not help you. I’d give negative stars if it was a choice.

Horrendous!! Wish I could give negative rating. On April 28 I placed an order for 1 box costing $26.95. Received shipment on May 7 and was surprised to see 4 boxes of patches delivered instead of 1. Looked at my PayPal account and saw an additional charge of $53.95 placed on April 28. Then I was charged 3 more times in the amount of $107.95 on May 8, May 10 & May 12 despite trying to cancel an automatic subscription I never signed up for. Called 4 times and received voicemail message. Emailed multiple times … did get a reply saying they’d issue a refund, which has not happened yet. Currently swindled out of $377.80 which is causing a major financial hardship. Opened 4 disputes with PayPal (one for each fraudulent charge) Hoping for positive resolution, but if not, will report to authorities and hopefully prevent more victims from falling prey to their shady practices. In the meantime, tried a patch. It fell off.

I’ve been trying since March to cancel the subscription. It keeps coming in my mail. They’re mailing me two and three every 2 to 3 days at $107.95 each time I’ve sent emails I sent text. I’ve tried to call I’ve left voicemails with no answer. Terrible company.!!!

SCAM!!! When I first ordered, they tacked on an additional product. Then, before you can cancel, they start automatically withdrawing (using paypal) more money and sending more product (which does not work). I complained to both PP and to Lipovia and was brushed off. So they have $184 that I am still asking to be returned. I asked for a return address & they send an email with an apology, but no address.

Purchase Lipovia and was charged $54.98. Used product and nothing happened. One week later I was charged $76.94. I cancelled subscription through PayPal. I also wrote to them about the subscription that I didn’t authorize. They sent me a email stating that they cancelled it. They are a scan. Please don’t waste your money.

I bought one thing back in February and these folk keep trying to put other charges on my card.

Ineffective product, but more so TERRIBLE service. Cancelled my subscription, received confirmation of same and have been charged three times since. Disputed charges with credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE!
