I recently came across this product and thought I would give it a go, as I have hypothyroidism.

The first flavour I tried was passion fruit.
Since trying that, I’ve found out people think that is their worst flavour. I have to agree, it tastes like salty bath water. It is also similar to the laxative powders you get when you get a colonoscopy, the flashbacks were real.

I decided to then try their most rated flavour, raspberry lemonade. It is still similar to a bath water taste but bearable. If you keep it cold, straight from the fridge. You can drink it alright.

Although, I would not recommend the ones with sugar as the electrolytes effect is overthrown by the sugar crash you get after consuming the drink.

I haven’t tried the no-sugar ones yet, but maybe they’ll give you energy.

Been using this for a while buying on Amazon. Offered a 20% discount if I signed up to their Newsletter which I did. The website wouldn't accept the code. Messaged support 30th December, no reply. Messaged again Jan 5th..... Still no reply. Literally useless! I got all the spam for signing up still!
Shame as the product works!

Up until recently, I would’ve given liquid IV five stars.
I normally buy the 16 pack of the firecracker flavor. And it’s very expensive but it’s delicious and I am constantly dehydrated so I was happy that I found this however, when I bought them at different grocery stores and pharmacies, I have noticed that one or more packets are completely hard and unusable. I suppose I will only have to buy these directly from Amazon because they seem to always send me the proper product that is in good working order.
I also will not have any more of the other flavors just in case this is how their quality control is less than perfect

Terrible customer service...after ordering i emailed them to change my shipping address, and after 10 to 12 hour someone replied that they are unable to change address, but instead they can cancel the order, so i asked them to cancel, but they reply again after 1 or 2 h and said they cant cancel or change shipping address, nor they can refund my money...thats horrible..

Just received my order which took less than a week to arrive. I actually tried to cancel after being warned by someone that it was a scam company however the following day it arrived. All is good with the drinks and packaging so my experience has actually been good!

This company operate a scam to get your money and then never send you what you paid for. This seems to be a common theme with them. Interestingly they are part of the Unilever company.
I am in the process of collating information with a view to sending it to all the press organisations that I can find.

Don’t say that here you can buy on your tv advertisement, and very pure reviews so you my consider do a bit better’s

I bought a bunch of Liquid IV on Cyber Monday to use as stocking stuffers for my adult kids. I saw after 2 weeks that it hadn’t shipped yet, so I followed up and they said they’d reship it 3 day priority. The label was created and it sat for a few more days. I tried to cancel since it showed that it wouldn’t arrive on time. They said they couldn’t since it had already been processed and was awaiting the carrier. Then they shipped the slowest way possible. It is now December 23rd and tracking is stating that it will arrive on the 27th. My oldest lives out of state and will have flown back home by then. Liquid IV stated that I could return it at my expense.

I would recommend just buying it when you see it in stores. Carried in grocery stores & Costco. I have tried Nuun, Ultima, LMNT, and other electrolyte powders. Liquid i.V. has a much more significant impact hydrating me, and it's not just a placebo! Turns my pee from yellow to clear in 2-3 hours...others I can drink all day, no change : (

I only drink the kind with sugar because I don't know how it would do waht it's supposed to do sugar free. So this only applies to full sugar product. Helps with migraines

This product is terrible and doesn’t work. It has been disproven by many doctors as pure lies. Please do not buy this if you want to stay healthy and know what you are putting in your body!

I have used Liquid IV for a long time -- probably since they first came to the market. And I have had great experience with them in the past. However, lately, I'm not sure if they have changed overall management or they have gotten so big they don't care. I had a subscription for 3 bags of Liquid IV delivered every 30 days. The last order, I opened the Seaberry to find packets that were rock hard and clumpy. It was a 16 packet bag, and of these 7 were rock hard, and the rest were super sticky. I sent pics to the company via their email support and its been over a week, not a word.
Needless to say, I've stopped being a loyal fan of Liquid IV as they don't seem to care. When I purchase any product I expect to get what I paid for. Having 7 of these packets unusable because they were clumpy -- is not getting my moneys worth. There are many other competitors out there, so I'm looking elsewhere.

ordered a subscription of 2 flavors August 23. It is now August 28 and my order hasn't shipped. I have emailed twice, with no response. I have called, and there is an automated message that plays and then it hangs up on you.

I ordered over 100 dollars worth of product and 8 days later still had no indication that the order had shipped out. No big deal I figured I will just email them asking about the status of my order. The reply I get is just a 20 dollar refund and no actual answer to my question and now I am even more uncertain as to WTH is going on with my order. If something is back ordered just tell me. If it is taking longer to ship out for whatever reason that is fine but they should still be telling the customer these things. Not to mention they use shopify for tracking packages which is a literal data scraping customer data selling scam.

June 24 2024 ordered over $75 dollars of product today is July 8th 2024 still no product. Not able to reach anyone in customer support have sent many emails no response! Has taken money out of my account for purchase day of order!!!

I purchased a 10 pack of the Golden Cherry flavor hydration multiplier from my local Weis store and noticed that two out of the 10 packets inside (still sealed and in original packaging) were somehow rock hard. I opened one up to make sure it wasn't somehow vacuum sealed or something weird making it feel like this, but it was all clumped together and a giant hard mess that was unusable.

I reached out to their customer service via the online form, and was notified that I needed to send them some information, as well as photos of the item(s) damaged. I went ahead and sent them the needed info, and to my surprise they sent me out a 16 pack of the golden cherry at no cost to me to fix the issue! All in all, it started out as a bad experience (not sure if it was the retailer, or the manufacture's fault) but they addressed the problem and course corrected.

The product itself is vital to me as I was recently diagnosed with POTS and was told to increase my sodium intake substantially, which this helps with! Since my hospitalization in January of this year, I haven't passed out at all using just this and supplementing my diet slightly with more sodium as needed. Overall love the product, and could even be considered a life saver as it gives the needed sodium, while not tasting like salt water. Could be less sweet as it tastes like a whole lot of sugar (which it does have listed on nutrient facts) but overall a great product for on the go hydration. I can see why they called it Liquid IV because it seems to be just that - just with more sugar and other ingredients of course!

I ordered 1 week ago, since I still can't get any information that it is still being prepared or on the way, I reached customer service both via chat and e-mail. 0 answer, as if I'm talking to the wall. I will not order again, that's for sure.

Horrible - no, actually, non-existent customer service. Won’t pick up phone, chat disabled, contact form and direct email all without any response whatsoever. Ordered over 2 weeks ago and hasn’t shipped/no update on what’s happening. Obviously last time I ordered.

I have ordered from them about every two weeks for the last 18 months. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I received a damaged product recently, and I have yet to get in touch with anyone. No one will return my calls or emails. For this reason alone, they have lost all of my business.

Very Bad Customer Service, Putting me on Hold for too Long and cancel my Orders. No proper reply ........

I love the products flavor and the result they have on me. Liquid I.V has gotten me thru many hikes, bike trips, walks and even covid!!!

After initial order I receive my package within a week.
