The engineer seemed to know what he was doing and got on with the task. Whilst we were waiting for an engineer to arrive, 2 days later due to sickness, I was engaging with another team member who walked me through the process to get the machine up and running again until we could get our machine worked. I thought that was great customer service and appreciated.

Engineer was on time and very helpful
Engineer was on time and very helpful. Explained that our coffee machine cannot dispense Iced Lattes (not entirely sure why they're on the menu!).

Problem with brewer
We had a problem with our Machine, the lady i spoke to was great spoke to a a gentleman about my issue he was so helpful, i cant fault anyone always had great customer service from everybody.

I have no problem with the ordering but…
I have no problem with the ordering but I'm afraid the delivery driver does not bring the boxes to our floor, instead leaves them at reception on the ground floor. This is not very safe as it could be taken by anybody as the front door is open and the reception is not manned.

Not great on the delivery of goods
Liquidline as a company I have no problem with. Good service, good products, Excellent staff and good equipment. Sadly the delivery company they use lets them down.

maintenance query
I spoke to Pamela regarding a query about our account. She listened attentively and patiently to my query and responded politely, warmly and professionally.
She endeavoured to solve the problem immediately but, due to a meeting of the appropriate staff, wasn't able to. She calmly took my details, checked them with me, and promised to get back to me as soon as the staff became available.
I then asked another question about our account which she was able to solve for me straight away. I would definitely speak to Pamela at Liquidline again.
