Cant get through to customer services EVER. Online Chat is unmanned. They don't answer the phone. This true as of 3 separate occasions trying to contact Filtered Water Coolers.

Thanks for the reply FW, but your online chat is dead. If someone is employed to run it then maybe it’s time to reconsider their employment

Our under counter Borg & Overstrom U1 ambient and cold water dispenser was a wonderful kitchen investment 5 years ago. It gets constant use. Having access to cold filtered water definitely encourages us to drink more water. We know Mark at FWC will help sort out any questions we have and can access any spares, like filters and get them to us very quickly.

Mark was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He came to site when he said he would and carried out the install of our machine with no issues. Offered advice on maintaining good water for my team and left me with lots of relevant info about our machine. Would definitely recommend the company if you need a water fountain with professional installation and end product.

I seldom take the time to write reviews, but on this occasion, I feel compelled to share my dismal experience with this company and their substandard coffee machine. Consider this a cautionary tale for any potential buyers.

I was initially swayed by the promise of a 3-month warranty and an attractive 100-day money-back guarantee plastered all over the company's website. Yet, these assurances quickly unraveled into a hollow commitment. After purchasing the coffee machine, reaching customer service became a herculean task, with phone calls going unanswered, forcing me to resort to the slow and inefficient alternatives of text messages and emails. This lack of responsiveness began shaking my customers' faith in my business, which relies heavily on prompt service.

When we finally managed to get the machine up and running, it broke down miserably after a mere 29 days and serving only 50 cups. Desperate to have it repaired before a special event scheduled for the following week, I was given an appointment with an engineer the day before the event. In a turn of events that can only be described as infuriating, the engineer was a no-show with zero communication or apology. Scrambling to find a resolution, I discovered that not only was the engineer "too busy," but the necessary part had just been ordered – causing further disruption to my business.

Upon requesting a refund, which I am entitled to under warranty, the 100-day money-back guarantee, and the 30-day Consumer Rights Act in the UK, I was met with a barrage of excuses from the company's representative, Mark. Initially, he claimed a refund was only possible if the machine was unused – a blatantly illegal and illogical stance, considering the purpose of a warranty. After seeking legal advice, I confronted Mark about his unlawful actions. In response, he conjured up a new excuse, citing "electrical anomalies" and blaming an unsuitable power source, despite their own engineer performing the installation and checks.

Now, almost three weeks after the machine's breakdown, I am stuck in an exhausting loop of email exchanges with no resolution in sight, and my business continues to suffer.

My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this company is simple: DON'T. Their after-sales service is non-existent, their warranty and money-back guarantee are nothing but empty promises, and their business practices are unethical. It's companies like these that tarnish the marketplace with their disgraceful customer service. Save yourself the trouble and invest your hard-earned money elsewhere.

With other companies I've had difficult experiences when they don't turn up, or start charging for things that never happened, or have their engineers come without warning and then leave because they have a different unit logged on their system. Filtered Water Coolers communicate clearly, arrive when they say they will and make sure the equipment is working how I want it to. Highly recommended.

We needed a small water cooler for our workspace, due to the space Chris mentioned a table-top would be perfect. We went for the B6 in the end, we are so glad we found FWC as they were the cheapest and most efficient hydration company we have come across.
