Dealt with a damaged package efficiently
I had a delivery from a courier company and it arrived with the box badly damaged, wet and smelling of chemicals. LL dealt with the quickly and efficiently and replaced the order straight away, very impressive, thank you.

Have used many many times and it is always stress free and efficient. I know that all i have to do is complete order and it is another job completed as i never have to chase order at all. Once a long while ago i contaced them when i realised that i had made an error on the order. They just sorted it out even though it was my fault. Wouldnt use anyone else for flavia drinks as the service is too good

A big hit with the staff
We've had our coffee machines for about a month, the delicious coffee and hot choc has been bit hit will all the staff. The liquid line customers service and support is excellent. Steve expertly guided us through the process and quickly picked up on any concerns we had.
