Great Customer Service

I had a confusing finance issue that needed to be resolved and, Lorraine Hilton was an absolute godsend. She was able to help me come to a positive conclusion. It was great to be able to talk through the problem and finish with clearer perspective.

A good move to a new supplier

Extremely helpful

Lorraine really helped in an emergency situation and arranged an order for us at late notice. She went above and beyond in ensuring this order got to us in time.

Azkoyen Liquidline Machine

We have a Dispenser issue, and could not find our contract, Lorraine was very helpful, found contract and emailed all info, we are awaiting engineer call out, which if their as helpful as Lorraine we will be very happy.

The order arrived so quickly and safely

The order arrived so quickly. Customer service desk responded to me when I asked them to find out in they had received my order. Biscuit boxes were safely secured in the big box to avoid breakage.

Had a coffee machine that wasn't…

Had a coffee machine that wasn't working properly. Called Liquidline and as opposed to just sending out an engineer they offered some really useful advice which fortunately solved the issue.
