I had David come to our golf club for…

I had David come to our golf club for coffee training today and he was really helpful and informative. I had coffee training in Farringdon previously and this one was far better and more educational. I now feel confident in my coffee making thanks to David’s training. He explained it in simple terms in a way we understood. Would recommend liquid line to other businesses.

Avoid at all costs

We have several coffee machines on hire through Liquidline, and the main machine, which we were assured would cope with our required capacity, has been consistently unreliable. Over the past 12 months, we have had about 30 engineer call outs, often multiple visits in a single week. Only now has a replacement been offered, and even then without any meaningful reassurance regarding what support or remedy will be available should the same issues arise again with the replacement machine.

Despite the ongoing faults and significant disruption caused, Liquidline has refused to allow us to exit the agreement unless we pay in excess of £8,000 for a single machine, even though they are, in our view, clearly in breach of contract.

We are extremely disappointed with both the handling of this situation and the overall customer experience. There has been little willingness to work with us toward a fair, mutually agreeable solution despite being escalated to the Chief Commercial Officer. The proposed resolution is entirely one sided and shows a concerning lack of acknowledgement of the operational impact these repeated failures have had on our business.

If this were the level of service we provided to our own customers, we would have none left.

I’d suggest avoiding Liquidline. We will be moving our business elsewhere as soon as we are able to.

First class response to orders and repairs.

Almost immediate response to coffee orders and any machine issues alike. Always polite and helpful - and lovely coffee into the bargain!

Best training I’ve ever had

Best training I’ve ever had. I have had coffee training in the past but the training we received recently was on another level. David explained everything in such a way that it made sense to everyone and was very patient while keeping it fun and interesting for everyone. I went into this training thinking it was just another like I’ve had before but I couldn’t have been more wrong and pleasantly surprised by the passion, knowledge and understanding throughout the entire training. A true credit to your company.

Quick response even over the bank…

Quick response even over the bank holiday weekend the engineer was pleasant Tyler and he fixed the machine and also checked the temp on the other machine and adjusted it for me, and he left the area where he was working immaculate and clean.

Excellent Customer Service

Taliska Shimwell was very proactive in helping resolve my query. She looked into the problem and called me back to explain the situation. She promised to call me back the following day to make sure the situation had been resolved, and I had my order, which she did.
